Someone more qualified than me might tel me im wrong, but doesn't this seem kind of unprofessional ? Here you have this huge sum of money from Intel, and you're suppose to put together a strong team, and a tournament will decide who ?

Would you prefer that they pull names out of a hat? If the point is to pick the strongest players.. wouldn't a tournament (which would actually be a display of skill .. generally) be much more "professional" than arbitrarily picking some of your closest friends?
Also, I would like to clarify, the tournament is NOT to determine who gets to join the TEAM. That will be done at another time and will not be disclosed, as per the announcement on the website. The tournament is to decide who will be allowed to join the CLAN, .. clan members are, however, eligible to be members of the TEAM.

what im trying to say: boxer has to take the leftovers, so the tournament decides which of the leftovers are the best and therefore worth a shot.

This is a great recruitment tool for people interested in joining the clan and possibly making the team roster if they are good. This is also good attention brought to the clan itself. Maybe Boxer just wants new practice partners in the end? Either way I don't think Intel minds if the person(s) casting it mention Intel is the sponsor and buy their stuff. Seems good for everybody involved.

cella will make the team

Of course you could buy players. Give a team a lot of money and they will change the contract, if both player and team agrees. However, I think there is so much potential out there, that it isnt necessary. It doesnt take long to make a good talented player into a very good player, because the game is very young. Buying players would make sense for practice partners, if you need somebody who is particularly good in one matchup.

I read on PlayXP that it is infact Kang Min (NalRa). I believe the game he played against HayprO in the lw17 replay pack is him.
