I can see why one would become annoyed having to approve/deny all those streams, but hating on people for providing content to the site seems a bit strange. Disregarding the quality of the content, all they hope for is a little bit of e-fame and except for the work involved in adding the streams, the content is free. Seems like win-win to me. I spent 2 hours last night adding streams, the majority from 1-post users who will never use it or even open the email acknowledging that their stream was added. That was here. 18 hours later, here is the latest application. That's 28 applications in 18 hours. On top of that, I've answered 47 PMs in the same 18 hour period, the majority of them about streaming. People treat the thread as some machine that automatically adds their information, which is why I began streaming the process that I go through to add a stream - it was simply a ploy for sympathy and nothing more. Actually, rereading your post makes me angry. except for the work involved in adding the streams Yea, okay, let's go ahead and disregard the entire basis of my comment and then reply. Good, great, grand.

If there's anyone with 1post that has an already regularly running stream and for some reason want it added here exception could be made. BTW chill is way too important to teamliquid to waste his time on this gruntwork imo. I volunteer to do it for him, i got lots of freetime. Otherwise I'm sure you can find someone else trustworthy i just really want chill using his talents for good!

Good, great, grand. ??? Im confused and sorry i guess. Was never my intention to upset you, and i dont understand why you would take it this way. I am in no way trying to downplay the amount of work involved (hence the "i can see why one would be annoyed..."). Perhaps i was not being clear on what i meant. I might be disregarding the basis of your comment, i honestly did not read the entire thread. I was mostly just skimming through it for funny comments on rejections. If i missed something major, im sorry - could mean i misinterpreted your post completely. The way i read it, you were angry that people with low post count/new users wanted to be added to the stream list. The way i see it, TL.net is basically becoming the youtube of starcraft streaming - except you do not have to pay the hosting fees for all the videos like youtube does. Thus the content is "free". This does not mean im underestimating the work involved in actually adding the streams. If you do indeed manage to become the place that aggregates the majority of all the starcraft streams in the world, i dont see it as a problem that people with 1 post want to "join the stream party" - I can only see this as a win for TL.net . Again, i do not understand why you find this opinion disrespectful and rude, please explain if i'm missing something.

Chill, is there any way to add a stream thread to the stream after it has been made? For any mod, is Wannabe modding against any rules?

Also, Chill, why exactly did you stop streaming? I know you swore to never again(at least sc2/bw) but why exactly?
