I'll answer the last 2 questions because literally anyone can answer them,but before that I'd like to say that "spammers" like me and torte don't even scratch the surface what konadora did during his peak posting days.
TL is a site founded by Europeans but is majorly populated by Americans,and I guess run by them too(R1CH and Hot_Bid).

Knowing TL staff well enough, not anytime soon, actually there is no need for a poll because everyone knows whos going to get a majority on that poll..
