Did you have any problems similar to mine? I have to say that I had these issues on two different computers and routers. Im wondering if the korean scene suffers from this too.

This is usually a fix for many problems. Try this as well: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/starcraft/t/download-settings-download-failed-menu-slowness/3730 "Update 2: OK I think I finally found a valid workaround: %LOCALAPPDATA%/Temp is where I missed. Deleting that entire folder fixed the problem for me. (I tried deleting just the blizzard browser cache, didn’t work). Now the download failed error is gone, menu slowness is gone and I finally can play ladder games."

https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/starcraft/t/in-game-battlenet-server-laggy-and-issues/3867 Been having issues when selecting "Europe" in the b.net launcher. Works fine if I change that to America.

Btw: Don't forget that Blizzard was bought by Microsoft in 2023. So we should complain about Microsoft, not Blizzard even if they ofc kept the studios name.

You need to select different region ( Americas works for me) in BATTLE.NET application. NOT in the game itself ( aka gateway).

*** Skip Battle.net Launcher*** 1. Go to Battle.net settings and disable "Launch Battle.net when I start my computer". Close/exit Battle.net completely (not just to taskbar icon) 2. Open CMD prompt -> Type "services.msc" (no quotes) and press enter 3. Find the Battle.net Agent service -> Right-Click and choose "Properties" 4. Change Startup Type to Disabled. 5. Create a desktop shortcut to the StarCraft.exe located in C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft\x86_64\ 6. Right-click the shortcut and select "Properties" 7. Click the "Shortcut" tab in the dialog box that opened 8. Add "--launch" (no quotes) at the end of the text in the "Target" box: Here is how it should look: + Show Spoiler [imgur] + ![]() *** Clear Bnet Cache *** Here is a CMD script that will clear the Bnet and DNS caches. You can save it to a .cmd file, or copy/paste it into the command prompt. + Show Spoiler [pasta] + @echo off del /F /S /Q "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\blizzard_browser_cache" del /F /S /Q "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\BlizzardError" del /F /S /Q "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Blizzard" del /F /S /Q "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net\Cache" del /F /S /Q "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Blizzard Entertainment" del /F /S /Q "%APPDATA%\Blizzard" del /F /S /Q "%APPDATA%\Battle.net\Logs" del /F /S /Q "%APPDATA%\Battle.net\Errors" del /F /S /Q "%PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net" ipconfig /flushdns exit And from now on ONLY play StarCraft using the the desktop shortcut created earlier, never from Bnet Launcher

The sentence "change the region to america in the b.net launcher" is very unhelpful since its way to unprecise and missleading! This does NOT mean to click on your user account name in the top right corner of the b.net launcher. Then click log out. Then click on the small gear, select America, enter your password and log back in! It means: Click on the Starcraft Icon in the b.net launcher. Then in the bottom left corner click on the globe symbol and select America THERE! Then launch Starcraft and you can even play on the europe gateway... It does not matter to which region the b.net launcher itself is connected. It can still be connected to Europe. Only the region for Starcraft needs to be changed. Useless advise is useless.
