I did give him a warning, he didn't respond. I also sent him a PM when I unfeatured him, he didn't respond.
We watched him send a PM to you live. There was no PM from you at all in his Inbox and he has streamed since before you unfeatured him?
This.

This. I sent it to CellaWerra, apparently he used CanCella. I should have checked before sending the PM.

I think people are over reacting way too much. In cella's stream you hear people going apeshit and denouncing the mods endlessly. Its not like their shutting his stream down. Anyways, I sure they will resume to feature his stream as things getting sorted out. Acting like a bunch of crybabies isn't going to solve anything, and probably made the whole situation even worse.

Thank you for featuring cella again, Chill.

That would make sense, Thank you for sorting this all out.

Let me rephrase my question in the form of a statement, try to follow. The featured status is given to streams that TL finds feature-able. Cellawerra's stream does not fit the featured status because it is asking for donations and this subtracts from the criteria that would make it a featured stream. Now this criteria exists in order to put high overall quality streams in the featured list. His asking donations = not featured stream material. Now doesn't advertising on streams (NOT the advertisment required to run the hosting website thats doing the streaming) thats coming from the people hosting the streams ex:GLHF's advertisements or the various streams that have Overlay advertisements and the Verbal advertisements subtract from the quality of the stream and make it lesser just as much as asking for donations would? Instead of saying please pay me your saying these guys paid me, why is that considered okay? This criteria that must be met by featured streams where asking for a donation is considered worse than Advertising seems unfair. Why does the criteria for a featured stream display that asking donations is worse then Advertising independant from stream hosts requirements? I am honestly wondering why what Cellawerra did subtracted from the feature-able quality of the stream. Just saying because it is in the rules is just a way to get around the fact that the rules may be unfair and I will be content with a "it's tl's site so tl sets the rules" answer but I had this strange impression that TL tried to keep a website based on an equal community.

If it's against the policy, fine. But at least give him a warning because he obviously does not understand English that well, he was probably unaware.
Secondly, how is casually asking for donations WORSE than advertising lessons? It's like musicians/dancers in the park playing/dancing for tips in their hat, it's totally fine, people tip if they want.
This is also a part of Cella's personality with his FANS! He asks for donations jokingly. "You want replay? Donate ONE CENT. NAOW! MEOW!" *takes bite out of cheese and sips some wine*
He asks for donations, but at least he's not shamelessly asking people to visit his website and pay for lessons.

Thank you Chill~ When Cella happy, I'm happy. :D

Welcome to TeamLiquid.
It's nice to receive a warm welcome.
I actually made this new account to defend "the brutal oppression of the moderators", but close!

He wants to know why it isn't okay to ask for donations excessively, yet it is perfectly fine for people to advertise various things to the nth degree which effectively lowers stream quality just as much if not more.
