Stork: "I want to enjoy the game."

'Commander' Stork (Samsung Khan) contributed to the team's first win of the season.
On the 25th of October, Stork defeated 'Movie Star' Movie (Hite) and recorded his 2nd win of the season.
Q & A:
- Remarks about helping your team achieve the first win of the season?
A: [The win] came much too late. There was the change in format to a bo7, Estro got disbanded, and Hite merge with CJ... while our team stayed the same. It seems like we've become weaker in comparison (chuckles). I predict that it will be a tough season, but it feels good to finally get the first win.
- What do you think was the biggest factor in your team's losses?
A: All the other teams got stronger, and seem to have better understandings of the new maps. They simply out-performed us.
- You won today, but the rookies won as well.
A: Other teams have made adjustments to suit themselves to bo7, while our team stayed the same. I'm so proud of the rookies for performing so well today, and I believe that this will be an important step towards team improvement.
- You defeated Movie with ease.
A: The eggs in Central Plains make room for many variations in play. Luckily I got to search his base quickly and see his build, which made me relaxed. Yeah, I was lucky today.
- Coach January said that she'd be glad to get 3 wins in Round 1.
A: Now that we're down to 10 teams, there's only 9 games per round. Our remaining matches are with stronger teams so it won't be easy, but I will do my best in helping my team earn more wins.
- The other half of the Khan Protoss Duo, JangBi, seems to be slumping.
A: He has both skill and experience, so I firmly believe he will get out of his little slump on his own. I hope he can do that as soon as possible so we can all perform well together.
- What your goals for this season?
A: I just want to do better than the last season. Since it's bo7 now, I should be able to play more matches. I want to get 10 more wins than last season [T/N: He had 30 wins last season I think, so his aim is then 40 wins! GO STORK!] Also, when I almost changed teams prior to the season, I realized something. I want to just enjoy the game as part of this team. [T/N: So the rumours were true!]
- Last words?
A: During last season's STX Masters, our parent company (Samsung) promised us each a Galaxy S phone. Perhaps it sold out due to its popularity? We still haven't received it yet! You know, I want to use our parent company's products to show some company pride. I can wait, but I hope to get it soon! (laughs)

The rookie trio of Samsung lead the way in the team's first victory of the season.
On the 25th of October, Turn-Brave-Reality each won their matches.
Q & A:
- First thoughts about contributing to the first win?
TurN: It feels good!
Brave: Many are predicting that our team will not perform well under the new bo7 system. I think otherwise; I believe we can do well. It didn't feel so good when we were losing though.
Reality: The team atmosphere really changed after the win. (laughs)
- Did you predict that the team would win today?
Brave: PvZ is generally tough, so I wasn't too optimistic about the first match. For the other matches however, I knew that we would win. Our team's players are good at mirror matches too, so I wasn't worried about mirrors either.
- You are all still rookies [T/N: sort of...], but you made up a major part of today's win.
Reality: Until now, I lost 5 straight televised matches. I was so worried that the losing streak would continue to 10, but when I checked my opponent's build, I thought 'finally I can end my losing streak' and rejoiced inside.
TurN: I also had a losing streak in the previous season, which affected my confidence. I entered this season with a new mindset and renewed confidence, and now I've won 3 in a row. Confidence is really important.
- Your opponent was Hite's Terran Ace, Leta. Were you intimidated?
Reality: No, I rather liked it. I lost to Leta 1:2 in the preliminaries [of an individual league] before, so I saw this as an opportunity for revenge. Plus, I wanted to face a Terran.
- How was your match against Orion?
TurN: I saw that my opponent was a Zerg so I predicted that I would win. I won every single practice match against Zerg except once against a 9-pool build. I stuck to my prepared strategy today. [T/N: Oh no Turn you exposed your weakness! lol]
- You also have a 3-game winning streak, are you threatening [Stork and Jangbi] as the team's Protoss Ace?
Brave: I still can't match their skill level in practice matches. Perhaps I'll think about becoming the Protoss Ace when I can consistently beat them in practice matches. (laughs)
- Did you use a prepared strategy against sKyHigh?
Brave: I watched Skyhigh's VOD's and observed that he likes to attack first. I predicted that he would stick to his style, so I prepared a specific build against that. Blocking my entrance with a gateway, I faked a fast DT rush.
- Next match is against KT.
Brave: If one us faces Flash, we'd lose. No, that was a joke, and I think Turn has a chance against him since he came close before. Yeah, we'll leave Flash to Turn (laughs). I personally want to face a Protoss. I've been hearing stories about how KT's Protoss line became stronger so I think we need to teach them a lesson.
TurN: I will try to continue my winning streak.
Reality: I won't be satisfied at ending the losing streak; I will keep winning now.
- Any last words?
TurN: Nope.
Brave: When Hite got merged with CJ, ByuL and Kim Jin [T/N: who is this?] joined our team, and Grape joined us from Estro as well. These guys helped me practice more than the old-timers here, so I want to thank the new joiners. I really wanted to thank them a long time ago but didn't have a chance for an interview until now.
Reality: I also want to say thanks to my practice partners.
