What bullshit is this? Flash got dropped because you thought in that particular game effort would have won? How do you know effort would have had a build that would have been just as effective as the one on fighting spirit? How don't you know flash wouldn't have smashed effort like he did first two games of the osl finals? You say that if effort was in zeros position he would have won, but progamers don't just play to the maps, they arn't just going to do the same shit over again. Flash would have had a different build that has been made for the player he's against, so saying effort would have beaten flash hence flash is no.2 is really frustrating. Just fyi i dont think flash deserves to be no.1, i just think the reason you give isn't worthy Other than that awesome powerrank

Well the answer is, and was, that Effort would win (see their clash on Fighting Spirit). Effort has Flashes number and knows how to defeat his late-game turtle style, and given Jaedongs history no doubt he will have taken note and incorporated that into his repertoire." If you cast your mind back to Jan/Feb when Flash was in god mdoe he would frequently play himself into a disadvantage and then come back. While not as elegant as that, Jaedong did accomplish something similar. Coupled with his other recent performances he looked like the strong player

Well, because he's doing amazingly well in Proleague at the moment and he is the best PvZ player in the world hands down. His games are really impressive and his PvP is still amazingly solid. I can overlook a weakness to Terrans temporarily, assuming Bisu keeps delivering when it matters." Solid PvP? His 1st game vs pure was pretty lame imo, allowing pure to walk all over his probes. Then he went 50% versus kal which is pretty ridiculous because, although kal used to be a good player, hes been playing pretty poorly lately. Also, " assuming Bisu keeps delivering when it matters"? Seriously? You said it yourself he was dropped out of the MSL. How is that delivering where it matters? Lost faith in plexas ability to make these power ranks. Do you even watch the games? I think you owe more respect to Plexa, he manages to make a very convincing rank every month while absorbing hate from every single OZ or KTF fans every single month. I'd raher not make those ranks if you ask me

Must be weird not having anything to bitch and moan about now, yes? Can't really argue about the rest of the PR either, although I have to chime in with the "Where is Hiya" crowd. He could easily have claimed BeSt's spot in my opinion.

I agree with Bisu's assessment. His PvT might need a few more negative adjectives though.

Thankless job, wd to Plexa for another interesting PR. As much as I'd like to see Bisu higher I don't think it's warranted. His PvT has just been awful and predictable, and I agree that his PvP has not been dominant. The next month for Bisu should be an interesting one. Good to see Stork and BeSt back on the PR as well.

I'm sorry but Flash's TvZ figured out? Wth? His only loss in tvz recently is to effort, and then before that during the OSL finals. I would agree that his TvT is looking a bit shaky though. And as Scaramanga pointed out before that Effort would have done better if he was playing instead of Zero is a very bad argument especially since Effort sucks against mech, just think of the recent game Effort lost against a meching fantasy.

While not as elegant as that, Jaedong did accomplish something similar. Coupled with his other recent performances he looked like the strong player When Flash was in good mode his comebacks were immaculate and showed him clearly outplaying his opponent from a disadvantage. Not to say Jaedong can't do that, he most certainly can, but he didn't do that vs Kal. Kal choked his advantage away. This is nothing new, really. Though I really can't get over the loss to Sea. A map with ZvT stats akin to freaking battle royale and he loses because of plain stupidity. He pulled a completely lucky draw getting his hardest opponent on the best possible map in circulation to beat him on and blew it away. That's honestly what separates the two for me right now. In the MSL Flash got a kind of easy draw on a teammate who he crushes in practice regularly, despite being a pretty good PvTer, so it's hard to say Flash outperformed Jaedong in the MSL where Jaedong actually had a very good opponent (this is also why I'm not particularly critical of Flash going 2-1 in his group while Jaedong went 2-0 -- Flash had a much more challenging opponent than Jaedong's group who was essentially a walkover), but Flash played the strongest opponent in his group and did so with an obviously incredibly effective build. He didn't hold back or try to show off, he straight crushed his toughest OSL opposition.
