Zona, it's just whoever follows the ban list -> a game that you can apply against your ban. Blitz Mafia would have been an exception since "sitting out" three hours isn't much of a punishment. | ||

If you aren't referring to that, what are you talking about when you say "clearly specified and consistently applied?" I have updated the OP to reflect that it only applies to games which follow the ban list. However, I don't think it has been inconsistently applied? | ||
