Didn't see a topic on this. What are your favorite apps?
The ones on my springboard right now: Pandora - obv Yelp - obv Stanza Flixster - don't use this as much actually Mixologist - cool thing with countless drinks and recipes CNN - meh...any better news apps out there? Grooveshark (don't have an account yet, but I think $3/month for this is ridiculously good) ESPN Scorecenter
Also a bunch of medical apps - Epocrates, Medscape, MedCalc, MD on call, etc.
Standard jailbreak apps - Cydia, Installous, Winterboard, Categories, Insomnia, Bosspaper
So is Need For Speed, the graphics and the oveall shit you can do is pretty nice.
Hm..Good apps: for workouts: Men's Health - 1000 Excercises. Really good, has a lot of images, and exercises and even full workouts.
Backgrounder (cydia) - This is awesome, and I actually use it for just one program (SMS), so It opens right away, and it's pretty stable nowadays too. Really good.
PewPew is an oustanding game, is like really fun, and really simple, :D I really like (reminds me of oldschool games).
last.fm app - You can play random music, and you can discover a shitload new too, haven't tried pandora actually.
ConvertBot - pretty handy when you need a fast and reliable converter.
Digg's iphone app is amazing. Also, I find theScore mobile better and faster than the ESPN scorecentre, but i think its only in Canada Best games are bejeweled and Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney
Meebo - Loads faster than eBuddy in my experience Battery Magic - Tells you how much game time you have, audio playback time, etc. Nice to have. AppBox - Lots of useful conversion/calculation tools. I find the currency converter to be useful.
Some games that I enjoy: Dactyl - reaction time game Auditorium - music type game Bubble Wrap - not really a game, but who doesn't like popping bubble wrap? Run! - fun little game where you jump/destroy obstacles and you can't stop running. reaction time game i suppose. Tap Tap Revenge 3 - music game! Rocket Bird - you guide your flying chicken through obstacles such as trees, barns, fences, etc and see how far you can get. Paper Toss - you try to throw the crumpled up paper into a waste bin, with varying wind strengths and distances.
Just some of the apps I have on my iPod Touch that others haven't mentioned yet.
Also, I use the NY Times app instead of the CNN app. Don't know if it's actually better though.
