The most beneficial appears to be my APM chart... You can't really use this for build order timings, but more in the order that the units are built. How are you guys using this to improve your play?

I added more and more hack detections which the hack writers could analyze and alter their code. I might open source it in the future though.

I ran the script in terminal like instructed but it keeps saying "no file or directory" Can you post more details? Do you have Java 6.0? Check it: open a terminal and execute "java -version" Try the following exactly: 1) Extract Sc2gears-1.00.zip to any folder. 2) Open a terminal and navigate to the folder you extracted it to. 3) Give executable permission on the starter script: "chmod +x Sc2gears-os-x.sh" 4) Start it: "./Sc2gears-os-x.sh"

Also, I love that you have used Year-Month-Day as opposed to any nationality based date convention for sorting purposes. Year-Month-Day Time (24 hr) would be awesome for sorting, and for users who do not care about the time, they can simply resize the column to only show the date. Keep up the excellent work.

Game 1: 55 164(P1,P2,StarCraft II.exe) 52 157(P1,P2,Sc2gears.exe) Game 2: 37 168(P1,P2,StarCraft II.exe) 39 162(P1,P2,Sc2gears.exe) I dun no about the differences between the two algorithms, but maybe this could be a later issue to work on :-)

One feature susgestion though : adding the possibility to have just workers train displayed ( instead of having them with other trains). this would help scrubs like me to monitor and improve their worker production Thanks, -Kerm

You're done. U'll see only the workers. Ofc you can use this to any unit/building u're interested in.

One thing though, I suggest an automatic replay list with "all" of your replays in your folders, that way you can search through all of them (if you're looking for a specific game) without adding the replays to a list first. Of course this "all" list would be dynamic and update itself on startup.

Of course this "all" list would be dynamic and update itself on startup. That you can also do with Sc2gears: -Open a new replay search -On the Replay source tab add a folder, the folder where all your replays are (Replays/Recent in your Starcraft 2 folder). -Save the Replay source. You're done! The replay source will appear in the navigation bar. Just double click on it, and it will list all your replays. Replay sources are dynamic (it will always list the current replays denoted by the replay source).

Still, I believe in the next update it should ask you for your replay path on install and create this source; I think everyone uses it and it wasn't so intuitive for me to create one. Maybe I'm just slow :p

Maybe I'm just slow :p Sc2gears has many features, it would be annoying to ask for everything on install. I set reasonable default settings, but you can change everything. If you read the home page, it explains many things. I try to keep it up-to-date.

I don't support the idea of Sc2gears managing the names of all maps in different languages. One solution that I see viable: I could parse the English name from the map file, but that would slow down replay searches (instead of just having to parse the replay files, Sc2gears would have to parse map files of the replays too).
