the program distinguishes between Player1Race v Player2Race (eg TvZ) and Player2Race v Player1Race (ZvT) when renaming replays, when in fact both matchups should be the same, or at least distinguished by Winner v Loser instead.
its a bit messy to have replays split up like that.

is functionality to combine these and maybe an AKA library for players implemented already, or do you plan on adding such in the near future?

++an option to combine different language versions of one map into one map would also be helpful.
(my) sc2 client cant display chinese characters for example, but sc2gears will read and use them just fine, so information in non-latin characters is currently not usable. having a list of names for each map would fix that (add 戰爭草原 to steppes of war for example).

Very awesome, love it. I am a total SC2 newbie, and have been looking for someway to better analysis my replays. This does the job perfectly.

My only wish, there was some way to zoom in on the bars. Reason I say this, I sit a ways away from my TV/monitor and trying to read them is a bit difficult. A way to zoom in, and even if it caused scrolling in the bars window, would be great.

You can change the size of the bars, there is an option for that above the chart.
If the bars can not fit into the window size, you can also zoom the chart too.

Sc2gears 1.10 has been released.

Renaming the thread to "Sc2gears 1.10" would be appreciated.

Can someone who installed Patch 16 test if you can still watch replays with Sc2gears?

Just open a replay => right click on the chart => Watch replay.
(or right click on the replay list)

Edit: Sc2 must be closed when clicking on the "Watch replay" menu.

While the beta is on a break, are there more volunteers to translate the language file to other languages?

Sc2gears - 1.1

spamm, make sure you've set the proper path to the sc2 folder in the settings.

It starts loading replay for me, but SC2 crashes when loading is done with or without sc2gears, so I can't say anything helpful about it =\

ups sorry, I don't corrected settings after "re-install" Sc2gears.

replay 0.16.0.15580 - work
replay 0.17.0.15623 - Base15623\SC2.exe crash when loading is done with or without sc2gears or with SC2ALLin1 launcher
replay 0.18.0.15655 (vs ai from SC2ALLin1 launcher) - Base15655\SC2.exe crash when loading is done with or without sc2gears or with SC2ALLin1 launcher

I have a mac and the installation didnt work at all. All i get when i open the MAC OSX thing is some weird ass text file

I have others who said it works fine on MAC.
Would help a lot if u'd post those texts you see when you try to start it.

As stated on the download page: Sc2gears 1.10 supports replays from 0.11.

That 'funny text file' is a shell script (.sh) that runs Sc2Gears for you. You have to do 2 things to get it going:

1) Go to your sc2gears dir in a terminal and enter chmod +x Sc2gears-os-x.sh
2) enter ./Sc2gears-os-x.sh

There you go.

Just a note to other OS X users, the 'watch replay' function of Sc2gears is broken on OS X, as it calls a StarcraftII.exe that doesn't exist in the Mac version. The authors have to change the path called but there's no ETA on a fix.

ETA: I will release the next version in a few days with new features (with a new chart type too).

Any chance to get the title changed as I requested? Also is it possible to give permission to the thread starter to change the title of his thread on his own?
