For three days, I had to take care of a standard poodle for my mom's friend because she was going to her daughter's graduation. I was really happy because I never had a pet as a child. I had to take care of a standard poodle too and I thought that I wasn't going to like poodles because of how ugly they look imo. I usually thought of them like this: + Show Spoiler +
But this one...was just soooo cute *.* I think my parents are going to get the one that we had to take care of with the exact same haircut (I will show pictures below). Needless to say the past three days were the best three days . I never knew how amazing having a pet in the house could be. When this dog left the house to its original owner today, I was really sad. Oh well, getting a dog for sure now! My parents and sister loved it too!
Here are the pics of the dog I had to take care of, meet Milo! + Show Spoiler +

Awesome dog! I hate how poodles get a bad rap because of their stereotypical ugly haircuts. I used to have two poodles and I always got them shaved cuts. The best thing about them is that they don't shed, so I don't have to worry about my dog allergies or worry about cleaning their hairs.

i want a dog too i want a golden retriever they're so cute, i cant help but to smile whenever i see one (my neighbor has one too)

wait...isn't that a mix breed? like a labradoodle or something?

Yup, dogs are a must to live with, at least one Grew up with three that lived to be 17, 18, and 22, and they all died within a span of 3 years.. which broke my heart to say the least. I said I wasn't going to get another, and went a lonely 9 months dogless... but after going to a pet show with some friends and their dog, I decided to find a new puppy
I was looking for a goofy little brown mutt, who looked like my younger bro (the elder one that first died, who I was by far closest to since I was 3). The only breed that even remotely looked like him was a Border Terrier, which are somewhat hard to find in the states. Oddly enough, one of the best breeders in the country lived 5 miles away, and she just had the first of her triennial (once every 3 years) litters born from her champion Wicket (who I oddly saw on the Thanksgiving National Dog Show weeks before on television).
I ended up getting the only female of the litter, mainly because she was sitting alone in the back of the pen with her head cocked curiously while her brothers were going apeshit at the gate. I named her Pandora, and hope you get at least half of the fun, love, and happiness that she has given me these past 3 years. (Poodles are great btw, and probably the most intelligent breed.. hate how people butcher them to look like drag queens though lol..)
A couple pics of Pandora I had lying on my desktop + Show Spoiler +Her throne Halloween 09' Xmas 09'

Right. They're so dumb they are commonly used as helpers for the blind and other disabled people, and they're so boring that they are one of the most common dogs families elect to bring into their homes.

Not the right type of edible dog. D:
edit: I do want a pet puppy husky. Had the benefit to take care of a 2 year old Husky for a month, great experience. Maybe except for the part where sometimes you just cant "scoop" up his business in this very urban environment.
