It's never 100%, but usually if they are from same country, play same race, and have same hotkeys (throughout the whole game) then there is a good chance its the same person. If you have the chance to view the hotkeys of some1 playing a 15-20 minute game, you'll see it would probably be a lot different than a majority of the other players playing that same race. But as a said before, its just the best way to do it, its not perfect.

What he means is, you can view their exact hotkey pattern, not just a vague general setup. You look at the game timings of when this player hotkeys his units/buildings , and when he switches those hotkeys around. Compare those with the progamer , and those timings match up. Anyone can use the general hotkeys, but most players are unique in the timings that they set each key. Go ahead and take some of these replays in this thread, and compare them with a replay of the pro-gamer they have been matched up to be. Look at the hotkey patterns and similarities. It's actually really accurate.

That's why I'm curious about how accurate this list is ;P, does it have ~70% accuracy (would be pretty accurate then). Other things factor in such as general APM and spam patterns of the hotkeys etc. They wouldn't post an a.k.a unless they were quite sure it was the correct one.
