Ah man, I haven't read the book, I've just seen the lecture online on youtube. Here's the vid if anyone is interested (it's REAAAALLY long but so worth watching)
I thought c- to c was the hardest. I went like 30-50 in C- and c but at c+ i breezed through like 8-4 or something like that. It felt like c+ is just a continuation of C, so once you're a solid c player, it shouldn't be as hard to get to b- as it was to get through c. it's just my experience though, I might have just gotten lucky with opponents.
