I kept seeing those damn things on the games I watch and have been dying to get to the chapter in single player where I finally get to use the Siege Tanks/Mode. I spent a good half-hour the chapter before carrying out the pre-reqs for a tank before I learned 'lol, you don't get them on this level'.

Now I can and it is glorious.

tl;dr SC noob who gets easily excited over accomplishments made by many, years ago.

surprisingly, the chapter in which you get siege tanks is somewhat boring iirc. I always liked the zerg missions more.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Unlocking tanks helped so much in the terran campaign. It was the same thing with protoss when you had to invade a heavily defended island without carriers XD

oh yeah I hated not being able to use siege tanks and goliaths as Terran. I think you get to see goliath one mission before actually getting to use it ><

Definitely. Every so often I think back to what playing sc felt like when it was new to me. A completely different experience. Not that it's bad now necessarily but it doesn't compare at all.

Soon enough you will get to enjoy the fun of unsieging your tanks and running like a mofo on some of the levels where you start out getting nuked like 5 times then throughout the rest of the level too.

Zerglings are just so nice, and ultralisk are nice fuzzy bears

ugh i always hated the zerg campaigns which is hilarious considering i wanted to play zerg way more than toss, but you know how being lazy goes, i dunno maybe in sc2.
