Man I really hope my car makes it up there again. Every time these LANs approach, something else happens with it.
It's actually a pretty fun drive up there, and a scary drive back. No lights, it's pitch dark and there is usually a blanket of fog everywhere. Then the road twists and turns and goes up and down so you can never be 100% sure that there isn't a car coming right for you. Add in the ever present threat of deer and it makes for one extremely tense drive.
Still worth it.

oh well.
next LAN is whenever, I have no set plans. Will probably plan it around when the most people could possibly make it. usually the best lan's end up being the ones when somebody is going to be visiting and they msg "HOST A LAN GO" like in October when Louder was visiting. :D

Big question is though, any of your computers have a video card that supports a video out? And which cables do we need to do that (I'm guessing S-video? Do you have any adaptors or an S-video cable?), I'd need to see what my TV has, but it should have component/composite/HDMI/S-Video/Coax at the least.

if he has a semi-decent video card he should have hdmi out available via adaptor at least. most new vid cards have display port/hdmi/dvi-d... and most mid-range/old vid cards have s-video/hdmi via adaptor/dvi.
