From the elite ranks of CJs and T1s fanboy legions joining this prematch interview are IntoTheWow and riptide !
Both CJ and SKT are coming from big victories into this match. Do you think this will affect the psychological momentum in some way? Which team, do you think, has the mental edge before this match? riptide: Mental edge? Are you kidding me? Any team that goes up against The Masters of The Universe have auto -100 mental edge. I mean, what kind of mental edge can you have when you are driving into the side of a rock? Sorry Entus, but no psyche up talk is going to make you feel better about getting pounded head first into the ground. Get your CJ faces ready, you're gonna need them to mask the pain. -_- IntoTheWow: Hyuk should get most credit for T1's win. CJ did a great stopping KT after all their victories. EffOrt played great, his game vs hyuk should be good. It's hard to call for a mental advantage before the game starts. I think it will be a matter of what happens in the first two games.
SKT choose the well oiled fantasy-bisu-best-hyuk combo for this match, while CJs picks are rather surprising. What are you thoughts about the lineups? riptide: Admittedly, Best is not his best these days. Still, no one needs to be at their best to play Hydra. I dunno what CJ is thinking. I mean, if you want to give your noobs some experience, send them out against eSTRO KHAN. In fact, as a SKT fan I think that sending out Snow against Bisu is nothing short of downright insulting. The question now CJ, is not if you are going to lose, but how badly you are going to lose. In the end, it's going to come down to Skyhigh and Effort to pull CJ through to an ace, something that really isn't going to happen. Despite the CJ Terran's much hyped TvT, Fantasy is going to take this one and do so in style. Of course, chances are he wont have to. Fresh off a Jaedong snipe, Hyuk is here to wallop Effort as well. On the off chance that this match does go to an ace, there isn't a player CJ has who can out match the wide array of snipers T1 has been preparing for the last year. We took out Jaedong last season and we'll talk out your aces 1a2a3a4a5a ez mode. Bring them on! IntoTheWow: It's not surprise T1 is sending, fantasy-bisu-best-hyuk, after all it's all they have.BeSt got a PvZ, sKyHigh got a TvT and EffOrt a ZvZ. I expect a 3-2, 3-1 for CJ. sKyHigh's match should be entertaining.
Which game will be the most important for the overall victory? riptide: Well, not a lot to pick from here with Hydra and Snow being played. I guess Hyuk HYUK vs Effort though, because Effort is actually a guy worth playing. IntoTheWow: If sKyHigh can hold against fantasy I think CJ has very good chances of winning. It's hard to predict cause it's the last announced set, so it will depend on the momentum a lot
The 5th set will be on Tornado. Which two players will make an appearance in the possible Ace Match and whats your predictions about the eventual outcome. riptide: It seems fairly balanced TvZ, so I'm guessing Fantasy, and indeed, what better player to execute an ace than the man who performed the mother of all snipes just two months ago. CJ, you can send out Effort, you can send out Skyhigh, you can even play Iris, it doesn't matter. We got this. IntoTheWow: Tornado is a good Z map. CJ ace choices are rarely standard. We could see EffOrt vs Bisu, but I wouldn't be surprised if T1 sent fantasy and we got sKyHigh again. It will depend on performances. EffOrt won all his PL games so far. Bisu lost to Shine. lol. sKyHigh is on a 10 win streak TvT.
SKT and CJ have arguably the largest and most passionate fanbases on TL. Who do you think will shed tears after this match? Make your predictions about the final score. riptide: SKT 3 - 0, CJ fans bawl like a babies, and we comfort them with stories of how CJ just might make it to the Semifinals again in the 2009-10 playoffs. IntoTheWow: Well I don't see CJ losing, but even if it happened, we are not babies.bisufans on the other hand, we already saw what happened in the OSL qualy thread after Bisu lost. Click Me!-> Ctrl+F -> search for "imba". haha
Thank you for your time ! Last words? riptide: Good luck, CJ. Not that luck has anything to do with it, of course. LOL. IntoTheWow:CJ Fighting!~

sKyhigh is quite good at TvT Effort is quite good at ZvZ Bisu is quite good at PvP BeSt is better at PvZ than most people think
I think this is going to ace. If not, CJ will probably win 3-1.

Yay, let's hype this shit!
I'm afraid this could be 3-0 for SKT, which would make us miss the potential awesomeness of Fantasy vs Skyhigh (and epic ace game).
First game could go either way, but (at least in my book) Best has to be considered favourite.
A while ago I would've laughed out loud if someone said Hyuk would stand a chance against Effort, but his recent game against JD made me really impressed. It's hard to consider him just a fluke after that. Effort is looking really good as well, though, so it should be a good game (for a ZvZ).
Bisu vs Snow is autowin for SKT. Would be a huge upset if Snow survived past the 2 minute mark.
Fantasy vs Skyhigh is game of the night (if we get to see it) on paper. Fantasy is second best Terran overall in the world, and Skyhigh is TvT specialist, so it has a crapton of potential.
If it goes to ace I want Bisu vs Savior, ending with Savior using Queens to humiliate Bisu.

well, i dont see best losing to hydra. his pvz seemed to be quite improved lately. and hydra is... well, tbh i never heard of him before. bisu vs snow should be an autowin. imho it will come down to hyuk vs effort: if hyuk can beat him, a 3-0 is incoming. if not we will see an awesome fantasy vs skyhigh.
id be very surprised if this goes to ace, but if it does i still see skt as favorites.

If only.... Have hope, it could happen. Last time they met, Savior humiliated Bisu by eliminating him. He also won their encounter in that All-Star race battle thingy (if I remember correctly).
