I'm running Vista 64.
At random times (seems after reboots and only sometimes after screensaver comes up) my desktop icons will rearrange themselves completely. They get complete mixed up and space themselves strangely. This pisses me off, as I arrange them very specifically...T_T.
Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone else, I pray, fixed it?
Please help me...thanks.

You're hilarious. Funny guy, aren't you?
Do you really think I would have asked here if an easy google search solved my problem?

PH I used to have the same thing happen on my laptop after I messed with the resolution. Never found a solution though, but hopefully this info might lead you to more that have had the problem and maybe found a solution.

It happens to me when I alt tab out of brood war and the lower resolution resets itself back to what I normally have.
Does that make sense? My resolution is 1024x768 and brood war is... smaller. So when I play brood war, the resolution gets smaller to accomodate (Im guessing) and when I alt tab back out, everything is pushed over to the left of the screen as if the screen was set at the brood war resolution.
My solution? just leave it

T_T Just leave it?? That sucks...
It doesn't seem to happen when I play BW though...only when I restart or the screensaver comes on or something. My monitor is set to its native resolution. I read somewhere that suggested I reinstall or update my video card drivers...so I'll go ahead and try that.
Thanks for helping, though.
