I need to turn down some people applying for a job. The problem is I know some of these people personally, there's one position, and I'm not sure if the people I know will do a good job because their qualifications are lacking. What should I do?

Dear I4poolALOT, We have carefully reviewed your application and regrettably we cannot offer you a position. At Kinkymart(TM) we have a rigourous hiring process which considers, but not exclusive to, the applicants' education level, experience, altitude, interpersonal skills, personality, and motivation. This is worsened by the large amount of applicants that applied. That being said, your application will be archived with Kinkymart(TM)'s Human Resource department with priority listing, such that you will be considered first-hand when new job opening arises. | ||
