Never been to Barcelona, but during the summer it's supposed to be too hot. Spanish food is nice though. For a 3rd option Århus and Copenhagen in Denmark are both good, semi-reputable places to study. It's probably going to be a bitch finding a cheap place to live, but if you can, Denmark and danish culture is something to experience.

One of the best cities I've ever been to, it's awesome!

Gotcha. http://www.askmen.com/top_10/travel/20b_travel_top_ten.html Prague is 5th on the list for the cities with the world's most beautiful women. I don't see Barcelona on that list. Go to Prague!

I was hopin the poll results would be lopsided, but nope I still got a tough decision :/ Leaning toward Prague I guess... Barcelona sounds like a non-stop party which might be a bit more than I need. But damn I do love the beach.. fffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-

Prague pros: beer, cigarettes (a con if you, like me, don't smoke), easy to travel to southern Germany/Vienna/Budapest + maybe Venice/Milan. Both palces have nice architecture (plus to Prague since I find Barcelona is a bit over-the-top), art (plus to Barcelona no doubt), and women (tie). As a third option, it may be worth considering something in Italy. It all depends on what you're studying as well!

If you actually are asian then stay the "3¤? away from eastern europe in general (including prague) If you are not then prague is a great city, beatuiful, very rich history, cheap everything, cute girls, you name it.

Having been to prague it didnt seem _that _ bad there but there racism is still very much present. Cops might fine you for "walking on the wrong side of the road" etc.
