Hey all,

Got bored and looked up random games, stumbled across this one. It's basically a hilarious online RPG, based on turns, I think there was a TL thread about it... 5 years ago, so it's time for a new one. They made some updates to it since then also, anyways been playing it for a bit and wondered if anybody was interested ^_^

I owned the market in this game once, I basically had stockpiled all of the best ramen stuff, so anyone who wanted more had to come to me for it. But there was no more content to do so I stopped playing hehe.

That was like 3 or 4 years ago though. Maybe longer than that actually.

Haha this game is so awesome.

I used to play it, it's really good, just... I don't know, I got bored with it after time. But the cultural references are classic ;d

Used to play it. It was fun for a time, but when you stop laughing it stops being interesting, basically. Good for a play until it's out of content.

i remember farming for meat at that yeti place and saving up meat for a tiny plastic sword

all the descriptions are so funny too

I liked this game because of the "adventure" system, kept me from wasting too much time on it.
Sadly, my old character got deleted because I didn't own a Mr. Accessory

Who knows, I might get started playing this again.

I joined only because of the devnull nethack challenge and quit when I couldn't figure out how to finish the challenge

Last year's challenge was annoying too, I hope they have a smaller challenge this year.

Ascension is where you keep all your items, but you basically "start over" as a new class and type of character and go through the quests again. It's interesting because you get special rewards for different kinds of ascensions, like the Hardcore ascension, where you can't use the mall or receive items-it gives you some good items once you clear it though.

I played until Ascension. I felt like once I had something to strive for again (after essentially maxing the game at the time) I'd never quit. It was quite fun. I dunno what it's like these days though.
