There's no denying Oz's ability to cross-dress, especially Backho.
Anyway, how tall is Iris? I know Kwanro is short, but Iris looks like he is a head taller than everyone else.

But can you seriously have said this before KTF vs Oz? Yes. Because sniping isn't about who's the better player in a best of 3 or 5. It's about who can win on which map with preparation. SkyHigh and/or Iris don't have to play to beat Jaedong on a series of maps; they just have to beat him on one map. In one game. Being good at sniping doesn't require strong play. What you need is flexible play, being able to adapt to the style of your enemy, as well as coming to the fight with a specific gameplay that involves you beating them on that one map. Jaedong owned fOrGG because he knows his style and build. He knew exactly what he'd do on that map, and countered it perfectly. Jaedong will have few such advantages against SkyHigh, who is fairly flexible in play. And Iris is a very different kind of Terran than fOrGG or Flash. Oz has no chance. They lost Anytime, they lost forGG. Who do they have? Only Jaedong. Yes, they have such players as Lomo and BackHo, but Savior will eat them both. According to the OZ/KTF match, Jaedong is all you need There's a reason why the OZ coach is putting Jaedong in first; we will know which team will win by how long Jaedong lasts.

And (if) JD is out, OZ is basically like KTF, dead in the water.. the team is pretty overmatched compared to the rest of CJ. Hiya has been playing great but I wouldnt pick him and Lomo over the likes of of Skyhigh,Iris, Much, Savior, even Movie, well Hiya would probably be the clear fav over Movie and maybe Kwanro. In short, its how many people can JD kill, and for CJ how fast can we get rid of him. And Id like to point out that Iris had a lot more than moderate success in proleague. If you recall he almost all killed OZ, before dropping the 4th set to JD, who was subsequently cheesed by Mr. High.

Could anyone confirm? Many posts like this don't really specify the day the matches are played (and sometimes even the time doesn't appear). Am i missing something? Is it just obvious that all games are played at 5PM KST the day after the hype up post is made? And on a side note: is there anywhere we can find a schedule (in english) for the whole MSL/OSL/PL/WL season?

What is a prize for winner's league finals? just pride or is there like a subprize? Like a trophy etc?

Regular Season "7-game 4-win winner" system & All-kill system revitalization The league, which starts on January 17th (Saturday), will use the same regular season all-kill format. Also, a special quarterfinals playoff selection will be used to create more excitement for eSports fans. Especially a team that has no protoss capable of doing any significant damage? Im talking about sniping jaedong here. They have, on the paper three of the best zergsnipers out there. Flash and luxury are top level players atm and forgg is a monster vs zergs. I don't see how you can argue that iris skyhigh and effort would have a greater chance than the kft guys. I wish we would have this discussion before the KTF vs OZ. Fact is Forgg won 3-0 and at that time he knew jaedong and jaedong knew him aswell, flash has been doing great against jaedong in their latest encounters and the luxury is second best at zvz. On the paper, this is better. These are the better players vs zerg. Usually vote for the better player in a match. Ofcourse they can be cheesed. Im not saying skyhigh iris or effort cant win, the whole discussion started with a statement that it would be almost inmpossible for jaedong to all-kill. My argument is that since he did it to KTF its also possible, and my arguement is that its MORE possible that he will all-kill CJ. If you draw the cponclusion that i mean that the chance is greater than 100% since he already allkilled KTF then you fail to see my point. I still would bet on one of three better players to snipe jaedong than one of three lesser players. I guess it's my common sense.

If Jaedong kills 2-, CJ will win.

Jaedong, on the other hand, is under much more pressure. He knows that if he falls, he only has Hiya left behind him and chances are, CJ has a few snipers prepared for Hiya too. Hence, the Oz players must practice for a much broader range of possibilities. That being said, Hoejja also said he would focus 100% on taking down Jaedong but ended up failing (although it was close). The possibility of a Jaedong all kill is definitely there, but I think the probability is significantly lower than what you would typically expect from Jaedong.

They have, on the paper three of the best zergsnipers out there. No, they have 3 top players, not snipers. Sniping is a particular skill that requires flexibility in play and strategy. You can be a great player without being a flexible one, so you can be a great player without being a great sniper. fOrGG, Flash, and Luxury went into their games with their standard play, relying entirely on their skill at the match and map to let them win. A proper snipe is accomplished with very non-standard play. A proper snipe happens when a player develops a particular build for a single, specific game. fOrGG's build was nothing special; he'd use that against any zerg on that map. A proper snipe would have involved a special anti-Jaedong build. None of KTF's "snipers" had builds designed to defend against Jaedong's strengths and/or strike at his weaknesses. They just relied on their normal game play to beat him.

They have 3 players good as hell vs zerg capable of beating jaedong. If you want to call them snipers or not doesn't matter. Skyhigh managed to cheese jaedong 1 game, rest is loss. iris never managed to beat jaedong. effort never managed to beat jaedong. Flash, forgg, lux > skyhigh iris effort vs zerg. wether any of these players cheese or not, the first group would have a higher chance of sniping, beating, winning, or-whatever-you-call-it Jaedong. Afterhand we know that none of the first group cheesed, that doesnt affect the odds if you are looking at it from before the event. As an example, when skyhigh played vs jaedong in osl or msl, cant remember, he did his best, using the best build he knew probably asking coatches what build to use, he still didn't have a better chance of beating jaedong than flash would. Even if it were to happen that any of these players win vs jaedong my statement still holds imo. You have to go with the better player, and ofcourse with the maps. edit: I just want to add that i find it unlikely that jaedong will allkill CJ just as i found it unlikely that he would allkill flash. CJ has a really strong team and i think they will win unless jaedong is on godmode. anyway im going to bed now, if you think skyhigh iris and effort has a better chance beating jaedong then i cant change your mind, i shouldn't have started the discussion in the first place it always leads nowhere. goodnight.
