Q:Your thought about becoming the champion
A: It's been long since last time I stood in the final stage, so I really felt a little bit nervous at the beginning, especially when i lost the first game. Fortunately, i did fairly good micro(i think he mean the 3rd game) and finally i managed to win.
Q: Losing first game is a bad opening
A: I hated myself after losing the first set because my early shuttle and 2 reavers got destroyed too easily for me to recover. I was really frustrated at the end of game 1. But my coach and supervisor talked to me trying to make me comfortable. That made me stay calm.
Q: It's your third champion
A: It's a great honour for me. Nal_rA said to me, after matches: "You accomplished this before I even had a chance, this is unacceptable!"(LOL) And I said:" You are welcome to come back to the scene." haha...
Seriously, I think there're lot of Protoss players that are better than me and there will surely be someone to get 3 champions in the future.
Q: You had big ambitions on the Golden Ring
A: Yes, and I am very happy now. It's unbelievable, and I want to take this chance to make a showoff^^. I've always been in envy of those who had a Golden Ring. They are really good players. And now others maybe in envy of me. So I'm going to take the 4th.
Q: You made proxy gateway in game 3.
A: I spent a lot of time thinking about how to fight on that map. Later on players from STX recommended me to make aggressive proxy when I was still trying to figure out the right strategy. I really have to thank them all. And Coach Kingdom helped me to find out the dark corner of normal scout routine(He use a special term, I don't know the exact meaning 님께서 '정찰 사각 지역'을 찾아주셨다). And in the game, I was lucky in early scout.
Q: Jangbi also had experience in using proxy gateway.
A: I know it. And I really think he would pay attention to possible proxy gate. But the location where I put those two gateways is not easy to get found. So it was successful. That was some kind of mental war.
Q: The building order in game 4 seems familiar.
A: I had a good knowledge of Jangbi's possible strategy. I was sure I can take the win when my observer saw his building order. I've practiced a lot of times against this building order. As long as i did well with my reaver, i was winning. And I think I can deal with all the varieties from this bo.
Q: You become the most accomplished player after iloveoov in SKT1.
A: I hope this individual win can encourage all my teammate. SKT1 didn't do well in Proleague, I hope I can help out.
Q: What's your feelings when your opponent typed GG?
A: Very exciting. I didn't express that feeling to much because I am a introverted person. Anyway there was lot of feelings going on in my body at that moment.
Q: You don't have an OSL title yet.
A: I've always been eliminated from OSL in an unexpected way. I was always trying to figure out why. And I will work even harder next season.
Q: Your future plan and goal?
A: Not yet available... Just try my best to play every single game, and I think that will pay off. If it won't, I will try to change my gaming style.
Q: Did you have any anticipation about the final score?
A: Last night,in my dream, I lost the final 1:3 to opponent. It's a weird feeling when I waked up. And sometime ago, I dreamed of winning lottery price and snake, and afterward I made several wins in a row in real life.
Q: We don't see your tears on the stage.
A: I just don't want the audience see me crying. That makes me seem a weak man
Q: Anything you want to share?
A: Many thanks to everyone who pay attention to me, who cheer for me. I am where I am because of all of you. And I hope you keep doing it and I will keep doing well, not making you dissappointed.
Today, supervisor and coach talked to me a lot, making me feel very comfortable. They said,"Don't put too much pressure on you. Too much tension will make you collapse. Stay calm and take it easy, try not make minor mistake." I really thank you for this advice. I lost the very first game just because I have too much pressure.
