Another insane thing that worked for me (and works for lots of other people, I hear), is if you visualize the clock in your room saying the time you want to wake up at a few times in a short time span before sleeping (like, say, 5:00 AM on your digital clock), you will wake up at that time with no alarm clock. This is of course unless you are insanely tired or drugged or don;t concentrate hard enough. | ||
