Why don't those players participate in BSL or RCG?

Hello,I also want to watch the game between Chinese and Western players,because the strength of the two teams is close,Koreans are too strong.But network latency between China and Europe may be relatively high.
There are about 4.5K players online in CN server,and at least 16 “semi-professional”players who often participate in competitions,for example: "Bonjwa" Caicai Zerg.

Could it be related to network delay? China and South Korea are geographically close,and lower latency.
So Korean players can better use their skills.
