Poll: Turkey/Bologna (Vote): Yummy (Vote): Disgusting (Vote): Regular Bologna is Disgusting (Vote): OakHill!!!!!!!!
Yes I know that isn't how you spell sandwich but I was thinking sand witches would be a cool idea for Starcraft II. Just kidding anyways I am currently eating a Turkey / Bologna sandwich which amazingly has .5 grams of fat and 3 grams of protein while tasting pretty decent. Not very many lunch meats boast a macro-nutrient ratio like this and I must admit it's working well (according to my ripped 6 pack).

i eat chicken or turkey, and those usually boast more protein as well. also, bologna is disgusting

i have a feeling your sole reason for creating this was to tell us you have a ripped 6 pack

Yeah, my macro sucks.
I'd like to think I have good micro, though.

3 grams of protein and .5 grams of fat in a sandwich is not that great...
Of course, I'm assuming you meant the whole sandwich, including bread, and other additives.
A real good sandwich can have upwards of 10 grams of protein, easily. The fat content will be a lil' higher, but that isn't so much the important thing, provided you get enough fiber to offset. Even increased number of carbohydrates isn't so bad, as long as it's the good kind - whole wheats as opposed to enriched flour.

Bologna is disgusting.
I usually make my sandwiches with:
- Premium wholewheat dutch potato bread - 1/4 lb of thinly sliced herbed turkey - 4 thin slices of hot Genoa salami for taste - Fresh Boston lettuce - A handful of bean sprouts - Dilled Havarti cheese for moisture - Topped with a some Jalapeno pepper rings for taste

Regarding lunch meats, I think Turkey / Blogna is a good ratio.
Chicken is rather bland, as is most turkeys and roast beef is disgusting. There's not much else after that in the form of lunch meats.

If it's good bologna (such as hebrew national) then sure.

bologne, hotdogs, pepperoni = cheap and poisoned garbage.

^O.o wouldn't the title "Ego Trip" be more suitable ----~---~--~-~ And yes, if you were wondering he was the one who thought the super shuttle was an ACTUAL unit in starcraft 2. + Show Spoiler +

having these super units that can do so many things is too much like Warcraft III and makes the game take no skill
