Playing starcraft teaches you how to buy a nice 75$ motorcycle (vulture) to put on your driveway but doesn't show you how to invest your money.. Many athletes have the same problem in other sports. They should all get economy lesson and they should not be able to touch their money until they are fully mature (21 years old maybe?).

Nice interview and I hope he will be ok. This lesson learned should be shared to other young professional athlete.

UPDATE: Just heard this on Light's stream... Light's 3 month contract with the company ran out and Light decided not to continue there because he didn't feel that it fit him well. Light said he started thinking about it around 2 months into the job. Light will get Lasik eye surgery soon and start streaming BW seriously on Afreeca sometime in September. It seems that he will stream sporadically until he gets the surgery.

Poor Light. That sucks. Either way, I always loved his play and never heard anything bad about him personally. Glad he's doing good. Light Fighting!

I feel like this is kind of a sad turn of events for Light because now he is back to streaming rather than making new avenues in life. Of course as a BW fan I'm excited about the prospect of seeing him stream and show his awesome skills though.
