News
- The biggest news this past week was that Towers of Doom, the newest battleground Blizzard has made is finally available to play. If you have played some games this week it is very likely that you have already played on it, thanks to the reduced map rotation that is ending today.
Tournaments
- The groups for the World Cyber Arena have been announced. While Group A is interesting nonetheless, Group B is the star of the show. Featuring some of the strongest teams of each region, Cloud9, TeamLiquid, MVP Black and eStar Gaming, Group B promises some of the most exciting international games that could ever happen. This will also be the first time eStar will be able to compete against the other regions, as the team has been unable to do it before due to visa issues.
- The http://wiki.teamliquid.net/heroes/Gold_Series_Heroes_League_2015/Season_2 is heading toward the playoffs. Cloud9 narrowly avoided elimination and managed to finish with a good standing while eStar, EDG, and Zero Gaming all looked impressive in their runs this past month. Playoffs start next week, so tune in for some top-quality action!
- Enter the Storm North American Qualifiers continued. Bob Ross Fan Club, a team formed by the ex-Tempo Storm players Zuna and Arthelon and other top tier players like Kenma, Erho and McIntyre, have been keeping up with their great performances. Edging out Team Blaze they managed to secure the first place of the sixth qualifier and obtained another 16 points, without losing a single game.
- This weekend DreamHack Winter took place. Featuring the strongest teams from Europe it is the first major tournament that has been played after the post-BlizzCon roster shuffle. Be sure to check out our tournament recap.
TeamLiquid Spotlight
- SC2John had the opportunity to interview Liquid`Lowell, Team Liquid's recent player pickup. Find out what his plans are for the future on Liquid!
- Team Liquid also picked up Gerdamherd and Cris to fill out their roster, and the team has been doing swimmingly with a first place victory at Fragbite Masters and an appearance in the Finals at DreamHack.

- LiquidCris, one of the newest members of the Heroes of the Storm Liquid roster released his tier list for the current patch including his favorite builds for all Heroes.
