Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the news of Heroes of the Storm. As a new, blooming game, there’s a lot of stuff going on. Don’t worry, we've got you covered!
News
- Have you ever wondered who are the best players in your region? How accurate HotsLogs truly is? Well, look no further! Blizzard has released the official standing of the best 100 players in the different regions. Want to know who they are? Americas Region, European Region and Korea.
- This week Blizzard introduced the Battle.net and Twitch integration. Even better, you will get a pretty cool Storm Watcher portrait just by linking your accounts and watching a Heroes eSports event! Even though the first chance has passed with the end of the Americas Championship, no need to worry; you'll be able to obtain the portrait by watching other eSports events during the Heroes World Championship.
- Alongside the usual shop Weekly Sale, Blizzard announced that the heroes and skins used by the winner of the last match of the Americas Championship will also be featured in the Weekly Sale! Tempest Regalia Jaina, Warden Tyrande, Kandy King Muradin, Desert Queen Zagara, and Betrayer Malfurion, along with their respective heroes, are going to be on sale from September 22 to September 29 for the heroes and from September 29 to October 6 for the skins.
- One of the most anticipated (and best!) skins is finally here! Judgement Uther has found it's way into the Nexus and he even brought his loyal Charger with him!
- Reddit user erdevs compiled the most interesting tweets of Dustin Browder, Game Director of Heroes of the Storm, of this week. There, he talks about upcoming features, the size of the development team, and if they should show MMR to players or not.
Tournaments
- The 2015 Americas Championship took place this weekend. The Strongest teams from North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Australia and New Zealand battled it out for $100,000 dollars and two spots at BlizzCon 2015. Following an incredible run, Tempo Storm fought against Cloud9 in the final of the tournament in what has become one of the strongest rivalries in the Heroes professional scene. After a back and forth series of games, + Show Spoiler +Cloud9 edged out Tempo Storm 3-2 and became the Americas Champions!
- Both Cloud9 and http://wiki.teamliquid.net/heroes/Tempo_Storm secured their spot at the Heroes of the Storm World Championship at BlizzCon 2015 this weekend, joining http://wiki.teamliquid.net/heroes/EStar_Gaming and http://wiki.teamliquid.net/heroes/Team_YL, but the action is not over yet! This October the European, Taiwan and Korea representatives will be decided during their respective championships. Make sure to visit TeamLiquid.net for all the coverage of those tournaments!

- This week we had to chance to talk with some pro-players about the newest hero Rexxar, and they had pretty interesting things to say. Definitely worth a look.

- This week was full of cool creations by the Heroes of the Storm community. A big highlight was CarlTheLlama's work. From the competitive scene from a player's standpoint, to the best tips of how and when to capture mercenary camps, and even how to deal with toxicity and keep your team together and focused, he brings a high level analysis of various aspects of the game you'll find very useful.
- Blizzard loves to add little easter eggs to all their games, and Heroes of the Storm is no exception. This time Reddit user EdmondDantesInferno found a pretty cool Easter Egg on Battlefield of Eternity which begs the question...is there one on the Infernal Shrines too?
- Sometimes, there are moments that just make you think: WTF. For all those moments, there is a funny video in this week's Heroes WTF Moments #15.
- Join the amazing GillyWeed as she analyzes a great pro play of the MSI match between MVP Black and Virtus Pro for TGN Squadron.

Cloud9 was crowned the Americas Champion, but in fact Tempo Storm ended up with a 4-3 game score against Cloud9 over the weekend.
