As much as I love to suck TL's metaphorical cock, I really doubt that they would have special info on SC2 release dates or beta news. On similar lines, I also doubt TL has the resources or connections to send anyone to Korea whether alone or in conjunction with GomTV or any other Korean body or pro-team.
