There's a small little box next to the leader in the diplo-tab that shows what kind of attitude the leader has. If it's "administrative" they will almost never fabricate claims. If it's "expansive" they will have claims on every single province they can fabricate a claim on or maybe it was militarist, I could be getting those confused as I almost never check for that

I have already westernized so i completed the first part of my run (Turning the Tide). The easier part. Thigs on other fronts are moving well but i am not sure if i will manage Great Khan. Kazakh, Yarkand, Tver, Khiva, Shivran are my vassals. Muscovoy is dealt with. Still best budies with Ottomans. Despite super blobing Austria lost the tittle of the emporor and got beated up by France. Lithuania has imploded. I am now eating Timurids while slowly (too slow!) beating trough oirat in order to get to china. Also France is 49 (at least) over Force limit......dunno how its possible.

The thing you might be thinking about is that the first unit above the force limit thus costs 200% of the unit below that, and if you are above 200% Force limits the next unit would cost 400% of the base cost. You can calculate that by calculating the derivative of the cost function as a function of the amount of units at that point. (See, analysis has real world applications!), for a additional cost of 2*AvMaint*Units/FL, which leads to the numbers i mentioned above.

I'm allied with France, Bavaria, Swabia, Trent. I have 3 vassals: Silesia, Thuringia, Wurzburg. Austria hates me. I've been the HRE for about 100 years now, and i have 70 imperial authority. My next measure, which i can pass, is the "disallow internal HRE wars." There are approximately 30 princes left, and France and I have fucked Austria up a couple times but nothing too serious besides releasing HRE nations for extra IA. When should i enact the next reform? Once i do that, it's 3 reforms away from forming the whole HRE. However, if i disallow internal HRE wars i'm going to need to get Imperial Authority somewhere... and France has quite a few HRE member states engulfed in the semi blue blob; they're also my strongest ally by far. I know i'll have to alliance break at some point most likely, i'm just not sure how.
