In the independence war against Oirat I had help from Uzbek and Chagatai and Oirat was allied with Kochin. I took my core back from Kochin after which Uzbek and Chagatai peaced out. Then I got my independence by sieging Oirats stuff faster than he did mine and taking out 1 stacks with my 6! maneuver general. After that I vassalized Buryatia and it's 1457 now.

My first game on 1.9.2, I played 1.1 before A bit disappointed that I didn't really reach the Indian ocean, the China coast and the Atlantic from my NA colonies, but I didn't really want to just yolo it and fight rebels for the last years Thinking about playing Brandenburg or Denmark/Sweden next Also how I feel

I don't have CoP, so trying to make things work with no support independence. It seems doable with good unit control as long as Korchin doesn't get involved. Might bitch out and get CoP but I figure I will give it a few more tries I've been mostly testing a vassal feeding exploit for El Dorado though. There are certain situations where the AI is hardlocked out of declaring independence wars, it seems.

I think I'ma let my republican tradition run down to zero and then switch to a monarchy while I'm still nice and stable. Then I can finally get my seaports and start colonizing stuff properly. But that's for later. Guess my next adventure shall be an Aragonese trading empire, and then maybe if El Dorado is released soon I'll pick an African country and colonize the world or something. With Ironman on for once.

I feel like the espionage group has a lot of potential to be super badass, but in general isn't it pretty worthless in its current state? Assassination would be amazing.

I am legitimately excited to play El Dorado, and that's speaking as someone who doesn't have a whole lot of interest in the New World religions.

Really liking the new liberty desire change. But I wonder how that will work for revoking the previlegia? Unless you massivly blob out (or is russia) how will anyone ever be able to maintain the HRE Ewiger Landfriede disallows HRE members from declaring on each other. Also, Korchin+Oirat vs me seems a bit too hard (for scrub like me), without anyone to support independence. Have to roll 3+ shock to even not get blown out vs first Oirat battle, even with sortie giving full flank Oirat 1v1 is easy though. Korchin seems to ally 80%+ of the time due to friendliness, and the few early times where Korchin didn't get called in I threw my advantage doing dumb stuff (don't recruit cav in border provinces mmk)

To punish myself for this, I think I will try to win a war against France as unreformed horde. So I need to dive into the HRE as fast as possible. What religion are you converting to, if any? Sunni is the easiest but Hindu is stronger bonus-wise (though not missionary strength wise)

I have dedicated one diplomat to support poland's heir for a loooong time (now commonwealth) Does it give me a chance to get into a PU with them? Is it really worth losing one diplomat for that long?

If you want to PU them, you will have to time it in a way, that the king of your dynasty manages to reform into the absolute monarchy and then try to snag a PU. That however is only possible later in the game

GG pay2win (guess I can finally play a NA indian tribe though~~) To punish myself for this, I think I will try to win a war against France as unreformed horde. So I need to dive into the HRE as fast as possible. What religion are you converting to, if any? Sunni is the easiest but Hindu is stronger bonus-wise (though not missionary strength wise) I won't convert. Converting all those proinces after you convert is too much of a bother for me. In addition it's the first time I'm playing buddhist so I'll stay with it. It's the first time I'm playing a horde too . Not sure if I'll reform but I think I will. I'm taking administrative to stack the coring cost reduction and innovative for the - war exhaustion anyway. I had to restart =/. Oirat attacked me when I had no manpower, while I was sieging my king died and so my army was leaderless but I wasn't really paying attention so they wrecked my amy with their 5 shock. After that Korea declared as well and I died. The restart is going a lot better though. With the help of Uzbek gaining independence isn't really hard. This time Uzbek actually killed Oirats army so I took some provinces from Oirat in the peace deal. After that I attacked Kochin and got some provinces as well. Ming is dealing with a lot of rebels and the rebels gave me one province . Yeren attacked my vassal Buryatia so I'll be taking them now, not sure if I'll annex or vassalize. So this is how I look in 1467
