It's to be so attractive that all women would want to have sex with you. It's still a dumb fiction but if you're going to take your love life lessons from movies then at least take the right lesson. Your belief that all sexual activity has to be in some way coercive and that sex is only obtained through force, rather than something freely shared, is a problem. They want? Their emotions want, the females do not have control over them. Coerce or not coerce, it's basically the same thing. If you are physically intimidating, you conquer. Sure you can wrap it in pretty words and say that it's freely shared and that she is making an active decision but in reality the male will play the dominant part and the woman will submit. It's how the roles work in society, why are you calling it my belief when it's cemented gender roles.

I really like bodybuilding.com for their guides because they work really well. I would honestly suggest going there to find a guide that fits what you are looking to achieve. Take your body type into account, your current weight, and how much muscle mass you want to gain. I like the Dark Knight workout a lot because it's thorough and lasts about as long as I'd want it to, you can also peice-meal workouts together that attack the areas you want to focus on. Also, if you are really trying to get big, I'd throw in a protein shake/meal replacer mix in your diet. Sounds interesting. I don't like the smith machine though and having xtend and vitargo in your nutrition plan. Lol. My nutrition is already very good. I should perhaps divide the schedule a little, but I feel that most plans are a bit too conservative on the recovery. In my experience, it can be beneficial to get the body used to working the same muscles near every day, provided you get enough sleep and food. Maybe not in the optimal gains department, but it can really help when you have to get in season for a sport. There is usually an emphasis on building muscle as quick as possible in these guides, it's quite silly... It really doesn't take the same amount of time for every man, it can be very individual.

Do you think it will make women throw themselves at my feet when I walk into a room after a couple of months, or make me not care about consent? I'm worried. Aren't you female? Dunno why everyone is reacting to my workout plan, I only posted it cause a guy was curious, not because I wanted suggestions. I already know a lot about training and lifting and nutrition... One of the things I work with is training teenagers so you kind of have to learn these things in order to be a decent coach.
