I've faceless'd a rogue's 20/20 Van Cleef, and got a 2/2. I've faceless'd my own Argent Commander without a shield, and gotten one WITH a shield. I've faceless'd a silenced rag and gotten an unsilenced one. I've faceless'd THE SAME silenced rag, and gotten a silenced one. The card feels VERY buggy, but the general way I've seen it work is that it copies the card exactly as is when the effect occurs.

Whenever you feel like it I guess. You get more exp from playing versus others I think.

You should have a good fighting chance once you get your heroes to level 10 where you'll have all the hero's basic cards. If you're worried about rank and such, there's unranked mode for you to mess around with as well~

After you get level 10 on a hero, you don't gain all that much from leveling them anymore, it goes from new cards every second level to cards every 5th level etc. So yeah, take your favorite class to lvl 10, then you can start playing vs real players with it. People with great cards will stomp you, but there's no getting around that. Should be noted that outside of daily quests, I don't think you gain much from playing against others. You get 1g per win, so outside of daily quests, you're really not gaining much.

You get 1g per win, so outside of daily quests, you're really not gaining much. You get 3.33 gold per win (10g per 3 wins), not 1. Every 5 levels you get golden versions of existing cards, so you do not gain any play advantage. People with great cards have an advantage theoretically, but it's a far cry from being stomped. The cards are relatively balanced.

Let's say my opponent has a big minion which I need to counter and I have 6 mana. I use polymorph for 4 mana on the opponent and I now have a Bloodfen Raptor on my hand. What's the best move in this case? Use the hero power to kill the sheep, or place the Bloodfen Raptor on the board? I mean, putting down a minion gives you the potential to do damage next turn and gives an extra target for your opponent to worry about, on the other hand, using your power spends no cards while putting down the raptor spends a card. The thing is, the sheep is obviously not a threat since it only does 1 damage, but is card advantage (even though putting the bloodfen raptor down later probably won't be a big play) valuable enough that killing the sheep is the better move?

Most of the time I think killing the sheep is better, but there are a lot of factors to consider. # of cards in hand is very important as well. If his hand is empty, let the sheep live because worst case he topdecks a buff to it. It's doubtful he'd blow a Hunters Mark, Polymorph, or Execute on the raptor in order to trade with the sheep, but he may trade and play one of the 'one damage + draw' cards (druid, warlock, rogue), or trade and hero power as a rogue, druid, or mage. If you have a lot of cards in your hand, you want to spend them quickly, so playing the raptor also becomes stronger. If he has very little life, raptor becomes stronger again as it's something he actually needs to answer. Card advantage is very very important, but so is tempo, and hero power is bad tempo.

Personally I think it's nice to get rid of all the BM, it's not like you ever have a meaningful conversation with an opponent anyway. Though I guess some people like to chat BS, so they should probably add that option.

Any others like it? I think the only things that affect cards that return to your hand are placement costs (- for shadowstep, + for freezing trap). Everything else gets reset to like your playing the card for the first time.
