main points: Terran players sometimes get too impatient. Many people siege their tanks too quickly when they are being attacked. Everyone is good with multitasking but it is important to position your tanks right before you siege. It is very important to predict next moves and make sure none of your units are idling.

your desire to end the game quickly is too strong. Like againt Zerg, sometimes, you have to retreat, but you keep trying to end it right here. Your style is kind of similar to mine. Like when protoss attacks you, you just siege hastily. But rather than that, it's better to siege while retreating and getting a good formation. It's seems you have good multitasking, almost as good as mine, since you have fast hand, but your decision making and hastiness could be improved. 1:00 Chapter 2 In TvP, Tank line is life In TvP, tank line is really important. When protoss attacks, for example, even if you have 180 food count, if your line is shit, and he has 200, then you're going to get busted, while even if you only have 150 food count, if your line is good, you can hold. It seemed you just siege up and mine without putting much thought. Even if it takes a little bit more time, put more attention to detail. To be honest, and this is something I feel all the time, no matter how good you are at multitasking, you can't beat someone who's doing what matters most correctly. So no matter how good you are at multitasking, it doesn't mean anything. If you can do what matters most correctly everytime, that's winning starcraft. No matter how good you are multitasking, your winrate will... honestly whose bad at multitasking these days? Everyones good at multitasking. Everybody can multitask pretty well, but in my judgement, it's best to just focus on doing what matters most right. 2:06 Chapter 3 Multitasking according to Flash Another thing about multitasking. As I'm looking at the screen, I'm always thinking about the next screen. That's multitasking. Like while I'm sending vultures to 9 O'clock, I'm thinking I need to macro and make units. And then as I'm doing that, I'm thinking I need to put scv there or go back to 9 O'clock, etc. Always thinking about the next thing I'm supposed to do as I'm doing something. Things that matter the most. Things that matter the most. For example, in early game, it's really important for me to put scvs on mineral on time. No lazy scvs, always working as soon as it pops. Little things like that will add up.

My micro is horrendous TvP and it's because I just don't know what to do with all my units. I can move them around and macro, but the micro is just difficult.

http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/brood-war/290372-terran-lecture-from-professor-flash My favorite bit from this is Flash sayin "what i have learned is that no matter how good your multitasking is, if you can't do the important things right, then you can never win. no matter how fast you are. the person that does the important things correctly is the winner."
