or is there no one really assigned to manage team dynamics and maintain morale?
I guess it's good that there is healing. I think it is/used to be bumblebee. I used to see him post/tweet about dota stuff all the time, but not so much anymore. But a lot of being a manager is in the background, so who knows. yes bumblebee is still the manager he just manages both the sc2 team and dota 2 team so hes pretty busy

Glad to see Liquid getting back up and starting to play to their, and your, potential. CLARIFICATION: You are actually quoting Dr. Thomas Wayne (Batman's Dad), who would later be repeated later by Alfred (this is all in Batman Begins). Just wanted to point it out so that we all get the full effect of your quote, as it occurs at two pivotal moments in the story. (Ah, who am I kidding. I just look for any excuse to talk about Batman Begins quotes ) But back on topic - time for Liquid to rise again! #Liquidrising
Mmmm, moar batman please.
Good of you to follow up, Fluff. I don't watch Dota, but I hope liquid succeeds in all it's endeavors.

hopefully this 2nd chance given to you will work out fine and liquid will come out stronger as a whole!

I really love how you put everything out there, even if it was a little hasty. Believe in each other and win with the power of friendship!
Also, what happened vs. Revenge tonight? =(

I 100% support u fluff. The internal things you posted in your blog were very insightful as to qualities of a strong leader and the internal struggles. Sure some of the rage could have been put down but luckily it ended in a good direction. I hope TL does better under your leadership

This addresses pretty much all the problems I had with the last blog. Personal responsibility and stop second guessing yourself. Your teammates have a lot to offer so listen to them.
Honestly, after this and the recent results, Liquids TI4 run starts now, not in July. Prove you belong.

Comes off to YOU as needy. It comes to me as cathartic. Why not let him be? Don't impose your way of being onto others, it's dull.

1) Fluff and Envy are two different people.
2) It's not like Fluff is only just talk. He's backing it up with the appropriate 'walk' as well, as detailed by steps and actions he's outlined in the post. We don't know if he will fail or succeed, but you can't deny he is also actively trying. So really, he has already taken the metaphorical page from Envy. We have to give things time to play out.
3) Like you've said yourself; there IS a need for him to explain himself. You can interpret Fluff's post as simply needy, or you can also understand that there is no doubt many of us who want clarification on certain matters affecting the team as a whole. This spotlight, for better or worse, shines on the entire team as much as it does on Fluff himself. To imply Fluff's post serves only himself would indicate tunnel vision about the whole situation.
Although on the surface this is an apology from Fluff, it is also a PR statement for his team and liquid as an organisation as well. Fluff's post is part explanation about himself and part the collective voice of his team clarifying their intent, future and direction together.
Actions are powerful, but that's not to discount the importance of 'talk'/explanations/clarifications. The two are not mutually exclusive. It is better that they go hand in hand as it minimises the scope of speculation and conjecture and really serves as a rallying force and voice for those who do support liquid.
In any case, I'm glad it's all sorted out. Fight on, Fluff! Fight on, Liquid!

TI4 would be nothing without Liquid. Liquid is the only reason why I came to Dota 2 from SC2 , sure other teams are flashy in plays and win the biggest tourney but Liquid- there is something about them that keeps me following despite continuous failures. I believe that this is the turning point
