You are waaay too wordy for my tastes XD But, maybe, in the end, it will turn out to have been a good decision to post what you did before. What if the team as a whole would have been unable to get the motivation/boost required to achieve a TI4 victory from purely internal "decent" & "by the book" communications? Sometimes a child (a new team) needs a good kick in the arse to get going properly. The way you guys are dealing with your previous outburst makes me think that this is exactly what needed to be done. Like some people say: sometimes you need to act now and ask for permission later. There are more ways and potentionally better ways to phrase this, I will refrain from trying to find them all. I am sure people have said this before. I dont feel like it was necessary to make all of this public. He could have written all of that to his teammates/TL management and it would have been the same. The management could have then found a way to make all of this public without unnecessary drama and emotions. Like just writing down who drafts/calls etc. and with reasoning why it is done. It is just unnecessary tension and makes the other members of TL feel uncomfortable if he posts something like this. But whatever, Just do what it takes to make your words more than just empty words and manage to qualify for TI4.

now can all you diary huggers get off his back, or what? can we get some fresh blood into the TL dota 2 team, or not? if you ask me, bulba's their only good player. fluff is still young though so there's the possibility he could improve. i'm not sure if he's genuinely a nice guy or if it's an act. if he is nice, he might be worth hanging on to. but the rest of the team for sure isn't worth hanging onto other than bulba.

It's good to be really introspective when shit gets hairy in a team environment. It's easier to blame people than to look at oneself and ask "What am I doing wrong? What can I do to make things better? Where do I fit in, and what are my strengths and weaknesses?". You become a much more powerful asset to your team when you focus on your job.

I don't understand why some are offended by these recent posts though. Fluff has always been like this, and we all saw Liquid tanking so it isn't so surprising that he'll share his thoughts on something that important.

People are generally quite good at finding a reason to be angry on the Internet, or focusing incessantly on a single negative aspect of an otherwise positive event. Hell, sometimes they don't even need a reason to be mad. Granted, FLUFF did fuck up by letting impulse and emotion override his responsibilities toward Nazgul and to his teammates. But it takes personal strength to admit you fucked up and to continually work toward erasing further mistakes, and that is something I feel FLUFF will do (and has done) most admirably. Reminds me of that old quote about how people will remember an individual not for his many successes, but for his single failure.

and if you're looking for some other good audiobooks, I highly recommend "Mastery" by Robert Greene. You can listen to it for free via Amazon's new service Audible. It's the only thing I play in the car, and by the time I commute anywhere I'm super focused.
