Hero with 100% winrate vs protoss except last couple games for 4 months, only dropping ZvZ vs Killer and once vs beast (and Killer is definitely better ZvZ), and a pretty decent winrate vs terran, hero definitely deserves to play higher than bisu. Bisu fanboyism placing him so high when he has yet to prove himself in SOSPA, definitely premature.
Much as I may hate it, Killer losing always vs Sea is a valid reason to place Sea higher, but if Killer starts winning when they meet then I think he'd take #1 spot for sure, they're both outstanding players though. Hero's zvt and zvz are as mediocre as they get. (and Killer and Zero have better zvp when Zero isnt being a depressing emo) You should be instead be glad that Hero is placed as high as he is cause it probably won't last especially with the amount of terrans lately.
Hero almost super threw the game vs Bisu on Jade too by letting Bisu break out of contain much easier than should have happened. He kept majority of lurkers clumped in a location where goon/ht will easily whittle them away. He also only sent a single scourge to kill obs when he had plenty more just outside the contain.

Hero mediocre ZvZ? He only ever loses consistently to Killer. For almost the ENTIRE of 2013 he only lost to Killer and one game to beast, he won every other ZvZ. And he won a fair few vs Killer too. In fact, hero has the best ZvZ winrate of any player against Killer, with only Cola and Beast even taking games off Killer. And while his ZvT appears lacking, if you actually look at his wins/losses he wins quite a lot vs top terrans, he just doesn't have as dominant a ZvT as Killer. He's still easily second best Zerg in SOSPA and third best player, no question.

Pusaaan! Almost in the CBNC and Honourables. Isn't he the oldest one playing? And he still wins occasionally.

He's still easily second best Zerg in SOSPA and third best player, no question. If you are going to quote stats then at least get them right, (This is all from this year which you specified)
He lost a bo3 2-0 to Larva in SRT 11. He lost a bo5 3-2 to Beast in very same SRT11. In SRT12, he yet again lost to Beast 3-2. He also dropped a game to Zelot in the SSL Seeding Match and then dropped another game to Zelot when he lost 3-1. He also dropped another game to Beast in recent PL game. That isn't dropping "1 game" to zergs not Killer. It was also a bit misleading to try and frame it like you did when he didnt have broadcasted zvz games for so many months. Plus, he even loses bo3 zvz to Sziky who is good but not #4 in SOSPA good.
I wasnt even just referring to his sospa games (or meant statistics) when I made original post either. I was talking about his gameplay itself as I watch his stream a lot. Majority of the time it's standard, uninspired zvz or zvt while getting rolled. Besides his burrow openings that he rarely does zvt, it's super easy to anticipate what he will do and counter accordingly hence why you see Ssak do so well vs Hero but so badly vs Killer.
Zergs in general will keep falling further and further down the rankings especially if Killer keeps up his current super lax practice routine and Zero's mentality continues to be at a level that makes Idra's look like Jaedong. Hero isnt the hero that the zerg race needs. :<

Bisu's gonna steal the #1 spot!

Yay, Bisu! Can't wait for SSL :D

He went 2-4 against life himself in that mlg finals so it is within reach, I would say
