Hero with 100% winrate vs protoss except last couple games for 4 months, only dropping ZvZ vs Killer and once vs beast (and Killer is definitely better ZvZ), and a pretty decent winrate vs terran, hero definitely deserves to play higher than bisu. Bisu fanboyism placing him so high when he has yet to prove himself in SOSPA, definitely premature.
Much as I may hate it, Killer losing always vs Sea is a valid reason to place Sea higher, but if Killer starts winning when they meet then I think he'd take #1 spot for sure, they're both outstanding players though.
Lol? Bisu fanboyism from 2Pac? Did you see how much Bisu got talked down throughout the article? I was going to come in here and claim this a product of a Bisu ANTI-fan.
I was planning on placing Bisu on like sixth, but I had to acknowledge how scary he is right now
My apologies, accidentally read him as being the writer because he was first post. I think your ranking is acceptably fair, although I would have accepted anything 6th-3rd. His strength lies just as much in his dominance as in his potential, what he has done as in what he could do. That is a valid, although more subjective, definition of a player's "Power" I think - therefore, perfect for a "Power" rank.
The SOSPA scene is getting stronger and stronger, it's amazing. Now when voting in Liquibet and just looking at all the players, it's like the whole old BW scene is back, looking pretty epic. (Go minidong!)

I dunno, Bisu has apparently played 442 games vs Afreeca BJs and won 303.
25:19 vs Sea, 18:8 vs Killer, 26:11 vs Hero, 20:3 vs sSak (other players in the power rank top 5). That's seems enough to justify ranking Bisu #1 if we are just trying to guess the player's condition over the last 2-3 months.
Where did you find those stats?
I am also interested, about the source, for these stats.
Edit: I just noticed the 20:3, what the hell is wrong with ssak..
Original Source from Bisu's channel: One of the many Bisu Cult followers kept track of every single Bisu game from the day he first descended to the Afreecan continent from the skies after being dropped by his Holy Speed Shuttle. He supposedly has maps, dates and times for everything.
I'm relieved to see that you've finally come to your senses and put Sea at #1. (Obviously, he should've gotten first place in the August power rank as well, but better late than never I guess ) The rest of the list looks pretty reasonable actually, although I haven't had as much time to watch proleague as I would've liked, so I'm not really qualified to argue about it (except for Sea being #1 for-evah, obviously).

Team-kill residue. Both were together on SKT for quite a while, that's a huge psychological block when you're getting stomped in-house by him regularly.
Also, I'd say Bisu not being in top 2 is expected. SSL 9 SHOULD tell us if he deserves to jump over either Sea or Killer.
