When picking maps for this tournament we considered a few very basic ideas. We wanted the maps to have variation in tilesets, expansion layouts, the amount of players it was made for, and the country of origin. Lol I just read this part... Korea: 5 maps Germany: 1 map America: 1 map XD that diversity but it is better than basically any other tournament out there so good job (y) fneuwinar ugh this needs to start already looking forward to seeing awesome games

In that case we would have to include 5,6 and 7/8 player maps etc. to make it so. There is variation within at least one variable from map to map, not all 4. Also, introducing new maps may require some time; overwatch was introduced in SBWI Summer Tour, and now we use it again. oxide was introduced in this tour, and next time we might use it again if it held our standards. In next season we might therefore be able to have more foreign maps. Also, was the purpose of your post to say "look! there are fewer foreign maps than korean XD" or is it just the way I see it?

But the decisions for this league's starting maps have been made. So: maybe next season or for playoffs.

Outlier > Outsider in so many ways imo. I think it's not a strange but rather pretty adequate request ^ . ^ ~
