I don't have any sort of confirmation, but according to this article, it seems that Russian team Incredible Panic lost it's last active SC2 player on January 23rd 2013. Good stuff. But until an official disbandment announcement is made, I'm not going to add them :/ I don't think Mistral will be issuing a press release or something of the sort re their SC2 team. They took the roster off their website, and they just said that their SC2 lineup is gone on Twitter. As regards, the others, I agree.
y I can confirm mistral disbanded their sc2 squad a couple weeks ago.

Might want to add MonoManiacEsports (MME). While they still exists with mobas, they had a few players who went on to better teams.

The team merged with zenith to create ZeNEX but it also continued to operate independently as an amateur clan.
