What use is hiding now? so you change your tune from 'helping town' to it doesnt help scum right guys!! its distraction yamato. You're a distraction. Why do you insist on being an insufferable prick? Because all you've done is insist on stifling my attempts at getting any sort of read on you whatsoever. All Ive done is refuse to tell you the name of dudes in my house. Stop making it out to be bigger than it is. If you cant read me through my 20 or so posts, well ,I dont think you can read me this game.

hmm not 20 posts, more like 12-15. Yamato, wanna talk about something else?

If you're town, it could also be useful in getting a read on those players early, since you have had time to talk with them and they probably haven't even posted yet.

You arent voteing anyone for lynch day one... Only lords vote...

Why are you trying so hard to play foil to me?

Im not. Why do you think I am. Eventually everyone will have to give out reads it is mafia. With my PMs I felt oberyn was town, jrkirby null, and null/scum on you as I only got 2 PMs from you, the first being vote for me Im the best choice as I have the most xp. After out our house I have moved you to null/ town while you outing our house gives scum info, no reason for you as scum to give out the info because scum would already have it.

i am 100% willing to lynch yamato just to make him stfu. Strong policy lynch option IMO.
|
@Onegu what is going on in house Martell? Did you vote for Oberyn? Was there any reason for him being voted aside from his name?
|
That was late lol, with your who voted for Oberyn?? post I was under the impression you guys didn't put much effort into your election.

I didnt say who voted for oberyn I asked why he was put into that house. And Im not going to give the inside workings on what happened in our house or why I voted for who I did. If something comes up in PMs that gives me a strong read I will post it if not it will stay between me and my house.

Me knowing your reads on players in your own house who you have PM contact with doesn't help me? Think for a second, Oats, this isn't difficult. you knowing my town reads on people doesnt help you. fuck you too yamato.
Why do you instantly reply with "townreads" as opposed to "scumreads". Are you saying you have no scumreads in your house?
Anyway, yes giving out house lists is silly. We don't know how many scum there are so some houses could be 100% town, if there are two houses 100% town why give scum information that town cannot benefit from?

I'm reminded of PTP where we had a similar argument at the start (about revealing who created which role). In the end, it would have been better to reveal that info D1. The difference here is that the house member lists shouldn't be that hard to determine later on - unlike the situation in PTP.
I'm still leaning on just revealing. If 20% of us are scum, there are at least 5 or probably 6 scum. That means one scum in about every House, maybe not including one or two at most. I think two is stretching it. But more than the math being in favor of revealing (probably scum already know every House anyway) I just see little sense in town hiding information from each other while scum keep their information advantage. The sooner we start to remove that advantage, the better.
For example, I'd like to know who is the most scummy player in every House (logically the Lord would be the most townish). There should be some, maybe even important, clues already with all these PMs during N0. Remember that scum would most likely already know what's going on in (at least almost) each House. It just slows us down to ignore PMs and focus only on the thread.

We've talked to each other less than I have talked to anyone else and probably less than he has talked to anybody else as well. He believes that I have been apathetic towards the game but quite frankly I think I've been putting in plenty of effort. I voted him in the early phase of the game because he said he wanted to use the lord's pm's to pressure people for reads. Afterwards I tried to tell Xata and Gumshoe that I was less confident in him and would rather elect somebody else but it was clear that neither was interested in switching. I wonder. You shared your decreasing confidence in iamperfection, but you never considered switching off him with me. Or did you talk about that with gumshoe? Obviously I thought about it but you made it clear to me that you weren't feeling like switching right before you went to bed and Gumshoe told me he was confident in him vote as well. I'm not going to deny our house a lord because I was null on him.
That wording seemed odd... But I can accept that. Since you're our "black sheep", I suggest you try showing how townish you can be. I'd be sad to see that our town isn't clean.
