I certainly should never pardon anyone (although if i was online at the late D1 i would have pardoned VE because the lynch was so stupid). Only thing that can happen if i do not claim is that i pretty much get insta-lynched if there is a rolecop who cops me. EDIT: You have a fair point in the copycat role. Role-vig is gonna shoot someone anyways, i would accept myself as a mafia shot as it removes the doubt on my role/alignment. 1.) Claiming allows Scum to know for sure you aren't a Cop/Doc so unless you start rocking people you probably will be kept alive. Setup is semi-open so you have no idea what is out there. 2.) Pardoner is a great role in most vote wins setup. Especially the way this game was going. Remember unlike Majority Lynch there doesn't need to be consensus on who dies. Someone can die with 3 votes out of 20, split votes, last minute switching, getting to the most votes first - Town Pardoner can basically see the bullshit and save an obvious Townie here. Saving the Town from 1 mislynch is great but scrubs don't think like this. Imagine you are Scum and you spent an entire day bullshitting people and the Pardoner ends it all within 1 minute. Saving VE Day 1 where a few people thought he was Town might have caused major problems for the Scum team. Pardoner is less useful in Majority Lynch since people should be spending tons of time convincing others to get on a wagon - undoing possible Town motivations is the problem with Pardoner in that setup. It doesn't apply as much in this kind of voting game. The role is narrow but super powerful.

Town was pretty strong this game given they had 2 people modkilled, 2 people being afk and the first lynch a dayvig townie basically killing himself over a scum.

sk is shitty traitor with pardon is shitty 2 cops without anti-cop role is shitty dayvigs are shitty modkills are shitty i am shittty but it definitely was not a normal game and that tag leads people (totally not me) into making assumptions based upon what a normal game is that do not fit with what this game was. i would also like to apologise to mafia for accidently making them think that marv or mz was the sk and town for a false check. maybe i should get a ban. some fun moments though, it was just a shame that the game took so long to get started so a lot of people weren't aware or ready for the game to start. I can't beleive day 1 though. Two town switch to save a scum and the town dayvig commits suicide after mafia had the chance to secure an easy town lynch with only a single player on the wagon but didn't.

That having been said, i would like to add, no offense meant to anyone, but this was the worst hosting I ever saw. literally the worst like you actually ruined the game how hard is it to accomplish a fuckup so monumental

u misquoted something.. ohh well, I think the lesson learned here was warming up to korynne too quickly.. thatsbwhat got I killed and prevented u from correcting the check ironically it appears u were not aware of this error until end game. p.s. I agree with layabout/snb... I would love to play in another post count restriction game, just more emphasis on normal setup

I was late on only one day post and I responded to all PM's received. I could of been more fluffy with the day/night kills and written little blurbs but my short story skills are nonexistent and I'd rather spare you from experiencing that. Australians too good at mafia It was a lessor of two evils scenario. I had to weigh how douchey it is to switch out someone so late in the game versus the negatively of giving mafia a win via modkill. I felt that not modkilling the town into a defeat was a lessor evil versus throwing another obstacle at the mafia/SK.

but seriously I know how much time it takes to be a mod and how complicated it can be at times so I have nothing but appreciation for the fine work you do. etc etc But yeah I formally request that this game be removed from the permanent record and not count towards our published winrates due to host oversight.

We play a game which by nature can get heated and I've certainly said things to people which I wouldn't outside of the game and indeed I have apologized for my actions in game when the situation warranted. Similarly, I have messed up as a host (or cohost), messing up as a host is worse because it effects everyone in the game, however mistakes happen and at the end of the day it's just best to move onto the next game. That said, if you feel you have been truly been grievously wronged I encourage you to challenge RoL to a BW grudge match... that is the one true way to settle mafia disputes

Like kush if you want to have what you consider an "accurate" record then just put it in your profile and anyone who cares (aka you) can look at it there.
