Mocsta replacing in and trying to solve the game frightened me. I think there should come a new rule that people can't be replaced anymore after 2 cycles or something like that. For anti-town parties it is frustrating when an inactive guy that you can keep alive suddenly becomes an insane active dude. You kept the guy alive because he was inactive, it is unfair that it is anti-town responsibility to kill the inactive towns. Imagine you being on a scumteam and you are fooling town completely and suddenly after a night an inactive gets replaced with Ver and with 1 post he points out your entire team... That's kinda stupid. I am happy that I was suddenly able to point out 3/4 scums. Even though nobody believed me -_-*. Kush and Korynne not being on the marv wagon in the SnB lynch made me think Marv was scum and VA town. If VA wouldn't have claimed and had shot Mocsta we would have had that draw. VA claiming made me go straight into panic mode for the last 24 hours. I didn't want to have a draw with the entire scum team though, VA alone maybe :D. | ||

-Can someone explain to me why people post these giant logs after their mason partner dies? Seems to me to be an incredibly mafia motivated idea, but obviously townies are doing it too. If I was mafia or SK I would doctor everything in the logs I wanted to to paint whatever picture I wanted, assuming that someone actually reads these massive text walls. Only time to post logs is if that person is still alive; otherwise nobody can trust what you post because you could easily be mafia altering it. Remember folks, keep the town on a need to know basis. Don’t flood them with useless or mafia altered info. This is a good point and I didn't really think of it this way. Shall remember forever <3 The whole analysis is a good read though. | ||

Ver could you explain me why you came into conclusion that my claim + being silenced did not make me town considering this: 1) If i was mafia pardoner i would have totally made one of the best mafia roles useless for my team. 2) I would have used another very strong power (silence) on myself, when i have established a very good PM network with Gumshoe, Oats, and DrH, Vivax, marv (by proxy). Gumshoe has promised to claim his role to me (that one i majorly fucked up, i somehow thought everyone was blue in this game and that it was somehow known :/ ). I would have wasted 1/3 mafia powers on D1 on something that does not make me confirmed town and definitely does not put my team into better position considering the other options. | ||

I had similar thoughts as Ver on your claim+silence. The claim itself doesn't make the role useless. Just look at what happened in this game. Even after a known mafia player was pardoned, nobody attempted to make a serious push on you! What's to stop mafia from pulling this this exact same play? For example in ssb mafia, an acrofales+artanis hydra claimed busdriver at the start of the game. They proceeded to bus a vig shot from their partner onto a townie. Nobody suspected them until the gaame was almost over! As for the silence, it's not something I would have self-targetted with in this situation but mafia teams have done stranger things. The fact that people do things like not using their roleblock power for the entire game still boggles my mind. | ||

Only thing that can happen if i do not claim is that i pretty much get insta-lynched if there is a rolecop who cops me. EDIT: You have a fair point in the copycat role. Role-vig is gonna shoot someone anyways, i would accept myself as a mafia shot as it removes the doubt on my role/alignment. | ||

Me and Ver had a conversation about this and opted to make an exception. If we didn't allow the sub in the town would of lost by default and it would of been a damn shame to fuck over those town who were still trying. Generally I won't replace after N1/D2ish, but it wouldn't of been fair to rest of the players if we modkilled them into defeat. Your reasoning is exactly the reason I generally don't allow late game subs though. | ||

Also Chez turned out to be town, but he really didnt make things easy on me XD In regards to Koyrne, nice high ground aproach XD threw me off of a pretty clear scum read. Also Marv, why ya gotta play so mad ) : Final note, wtf, the one game where we dont policy lynch Vayne day 1 and hes scum? Lame. | ||
