Great season, great finals. You win basketball...you win... Let me clarify: most in my circles and no it's not only a Cleveland thing and not related to his "decision". Again, that's on his persona which will always be subjective. His game? Respect.

I really wished the Bulls were at full strength though....they had to play an arm and a leg short and still reached the playoffs with a pretty good record.

The Jazz should let Milsap and Al Jeff walk to get more PT for Kanter and Favors. I think it was actually pretty poor asset management of both those guys when they should have been traded before the last deadline. There's a good chance they'll lose both (S&T withstanding) for nothing when both guys had decent value and the Jazz weren't going anywere in the middle of the year.

Well, they can resign any player that is currently on their roster even if they are over the max. Whether the owners want to is up to them though. just as an interesting FYI: It's not like they don't have the money. Hawks owners have very close ties to TNT (and CNN, TBS etc) owners. Like family-members close ^^.

The best argument I have heard though is that if you are a brother, you might actually like Atlanta and Houston just for the fact that there are little Beyonces everywhere in those cities =PYeah, but why the fuck would you ever want to play in atlanta

I think there is less than a 5% chance that Paul leaves LA...maybe even smaller. I understand your logic re: the Jazz, I was merely using the team to emphasize the point that you cannot reasonably handicap the conferences until FA is over.

I suspected that the Heat would fulfill your prediction, but didn't want to say it because I was still rooting for the Spurs

Getting to the Finals 4 times in a row is tough (teams get worn out). I have watched a few Lakers teams try and fail in my watching days. Yeah but he has no Olympics to train for this year. So he might have more energy next year.

And to be honest though, LBJ is such a freak athlete that I am not too "worried" about him (in the sense that I would take higher odds on someone else getting injured, etc) although he will be 29 next year and has said himself he doesn't recover like he used to anymore. But if anything, I would be more worried about the other guys. Battier, Wade, Haslem, MIller, Allen, etc. I guess I just mean they will have to hope to stay healthy, and even then the road would be much tougher if it does happen. To be fair, I have only heard him about 2 or 3 times, so it is only someone's opinion from limited hearing.

Thats what I thought at the start too, but you get used to it and thats just how their podcast work, and it works well. It produces a lot of interesting discussions.
