TO CLARIFY If you are green or blue your win condition is to remove all threats to the town, the same as it always is. If you are red your goal is to equal/outnumber the town, the same as it always is. I did not include specific win conditions in the role pms. Sorry for the confusion. | ||

Day 1 I stood for what seemed like days in front of that arched doorway. A large group of strangers stood with me as we sweated and shifted nervously, in silence, for hours in the cold wind. Although the door was unlocked and our minds churning with curiosity, there we stood. Sweat started to fall off my face, falling to the ground and melting through the earth. My eyes shift from man to man. All of nervous disposition. Large coats. Unkempt. Messy. How I hate messes. But oh, I was messy too, wasn't I? Did we all have this strange fever? Then my eyes turned to the door. Carved from black marble, four cherubs float above the doorway. Divine intervention! Yes, surely this was a sign that the gods favored you today. Or where their faces contorted? How now it would seem the delightful songs of diminutive angels were reversed in the ominous black marble; recorded in stone as a devilish cacophony Were they now the very embodiment of the furies? Will I allow, once again, this spirit of vengeance to inhabit me? I swallowed my fears and walked forward to open the door. The main hall was enormous, lit by gaudy candelabras and adorned with paintings by no one in particular, my body moved my mind into a large sitting area past a door to the left. There were twenty-five seats arranged in a circle, each with a card sitting on top. Named cards, yes, they were names. I found the one that was mine (close to the door, a great victory!) and sat. The card read some more instructions about the game (bothersome, I know how to play it and I expect our host knows as well) and had a small map of the mansion. The map would lead me to the washroom, a kitchen (claimed to be fully stocked with all amends) and a room in which I could sleep. I looked around as the other men fumbled with their cards and wiped their foreheads free of that boiling sweat which plagued us all. I cleared my throat loudly. "Shall we begin?" It is now Day 1.
