Carved from black marble, four cherubs float above the doorway. Divine intervention! Yes, surely this was a sign that the gods favored you today. Or where their faces contorted? How now it would seem the delightful songs of diminutive angels were reversed in the ominous black marble; recorded in stone as a devilish cacophony Were they now the very embodiment of the furies? Will I allow, once again, this spirit of vengeance to inhabit me?
You are now a participant in the mysterious game. You know your way around mafia. But the darkness beyond those walls is still unknown to you. Twenty four other strangers stand around you clutching their letters and inspecting those wretched cherubs above the door.
This game does NOT follow the banlist. There are NO PMs. There are NO clues. 48/24hr Day/Night cycle
Game Rules
1. Have fun.
2. Searching for mafia communications outside of this thread is cheating. You will be modkilled instantly for trying.
3. Using outside information to influence the game (screenshots, PM logs with outside players) is cheating. You will be modkilled instantly for trying.
4. Posting anything after death (including GG) is cheating. The dead do not speak.
5. Do not ask questions in the thread. PM them to DoctorHelvetica or Oatsmaster instead.
6. Spamming, martyring, ragequitting and other such acts will not be tolerated. You can not edit your posts.
7. Racist, sexist, homophobic and other such comments will not be tolerated.
8. Use your best judgment when flaming. If you cross the line, I'll let you know.
9. Do not include pictures or videos of any sort in your posts. Only post outside links if they are relevant to the game.
10. You must post twice per day cycle. You do not need to post at night.
11. Voting is mandatory. You can not vote for yourself.
12. Modkills do not flip.
13. If you have an issue with the play of another participant please contact a host via PM first. Conflicts can be resolved privately.
14. Play to your win condition and do not attempt to break the game.
This is an unusually difficult setup. You must elevate your level of play. There is no excuse for not trying. There are several guides on TL mafia that you may consult. If you intend to spam, troll or avoid contributing in this game then do not sign up. Aspire toward the highest level of play you are capable of. Play harder and better than you ever have before.
It is possible that your win condition will change at some point during the game. If this event would infuriate you, do not sign up. Measures have been taken to make sure that if this happens, your play should not have to change very much. Try to see it as a new challenge. It would be in your best interest to PM me questions whenever you have them, no matter how trivial they may seem.

Journal
What a beautiful book! Wrapped in leather the color of a deep red wine. But empty. What wonderful ancient memories of could have been discovered in this book. What a tragedy it was that the lonely journal had gone centuries without nary an anecdote to fill its pages. How sad it must be to live like this without purpose. But that red leather called to you. Those old and yellow pages, preserved so miraculously inside. You slipped it inside your jacket. No longer would it suffer alone.
