@artanis I think OO is a crapshoot and now that I decided I'm gonna read the shit out of this thread and plenty of people are here to help I think we can do better.

Do I see a trend appear? Who's next on his list, Marv? Another thing that makes Yamato a compelling lynch are his interactions with Marv. Marv questioned him a bit after I called yamato out for this post, but it was pretty weak and he didn't go anywhere with it. He also seemed to jump on anyone who voted yamato. I may be overreading because that would be a rather audacious mafia strategy, but I think Marvel should have been suspicious of yamato at that stage. Yet he seemed more worried about the people voting for him, in a way that looked exaggerated to me. Please provide evidence for all of this. Because it's not how I recall anything happening at all. You were hostile towards Vivax and Hiropro for their yamato votes. It may be just a coincidence and more to do with their lack of justification but I think vivax looked much better than yamato at the time, which is why I expected you to be more interested in pressuring yamato more. Anyway, it's not particularly relevant today as I'm not willing to lynch or even push you today and overall the evidence is quite tenuous.

No he's right. What he's saying makes perfect sense... I asked you to give some more reasoning for your vote on jiro (was that hiro? i believe so) when he voted yamato for no reason. I didn't think about it back then, but syllo hit the nail right on the head. You look so confident that yamato is town, that you don't even try to question yamato before you "counter-vote" hiros vote. You know what i am saying... that's pretty scummy of you btw :D
as in, whether yamato is town or mafia is irrelevant to how hiro made his vote

no i don't think so: If Hiro votes scum for absolutely no reason, that's not scummy at all. If hero votes town for no reason, that's scummy.

no, that's just wrong.

Sandro, can you provide a better justification for why you think Toad is scum other than this? What would be expected of marv/toad/syllo in this situation is that they started trying to be useful and produce a lynch.

no that's correct in this case we have right here, since hiro said he'd provide more evidence.

so what if he said he would? he hadn't and just dropped his vote.
your point of view only has any credence if you know people's alignments ahead of time, which I don't, and unless you're mafia, you don't either.

lol now you're twisting my words, since i accuse you of knowing yamatos alignment :D

i'm not twisting anything, you're just saying wrong things. hiro dropped some random vote without explanation, and without knowing whether yamato is town or mafia, that's not a good thing.

Sandro, how do you read Zess' latest posts as townie? Most of them were reactionary to other people's posts.
He posted a list, told us to deal with it and basically announced to go back lurking afterwards.

let's just settle right here with the result that your vote on hiro was strange and syllo delivered one reasonable explanation. I don't want to overeact to this...

He posted a list, told us to deal with it and basically announced to go back lurking afterwards. I don't even care if he is town or not at this point, he is here and trying to play the game, which is far more than what can be said about most people. He had no reason to do so as mafia when the town is dead. If he is doing it just for kicks more power to him.

Until me and artanis pressured him he never had any intention to scumhunt. He posted about burgers, about mason massclaims, about smurf and how it's anti-town if others do it and pro-town if he stays hidden. Now he suddenly pops out with a lot of pseudo-reads, calls marv scum, now says he wants to settle.
Seriously, get your shit together, this dude is scum.
|
You would have considered him to be scum if he didn't react to me and artanis instead?
|
@marv How confident are you that hopeless is scum?
