Resting. Not good. Hate hospitals. Too sterile. Too weird. Hate being helpless especially with my kid. Fuck. I don't know many people who like hospitals. Surely the people there who like to help people, but if you're an actual patient or friend/family of a patient? Cringe.

Glad to hear all is well. Hospitals are beyond horrible, too.

Glad to hear all is well. Hospitals are beyond horrible, too. Meh, at 104 I wouldn't even have gone for just me. It's already a sign of spazzing where my kid is concerned. For me, I'da popped a pisston of tylenol, chugged a quart of water, put a wet rag on my head, wrapped in a blanket, and sweated it out. If I felt bad enough to bother with more than the tylenol and water. But then, I'm one of the only people I've ever heard of being told by a doctor "you're too damn mean to die, you'd walk in with your head under your arm and complain about migraines".

Hahaha oh man, I'd believe it and I haven't even met you in person. I have no idea how I'm going to react when my kid gets sick for the first time. I'm already driving my wife nuts because he's got an intermittent strabismus (real common in young infants) and I won't shut up about it.

And the acetaminophen we gave her before going to the ER lowered her fever to 98.x by the time they got to her. GL! ya, she's right. Infants have somewhere between 120-160 compared to 60-100 for adults OP, it's definitely annoying and nerve-wrecking to have to wait but they admit people based on the severity which is why you have to wait unfortunately >< GL! Edit: Didn't realize this was from yesterday >< Glad to hear everything worked out in the end
