It's fat enough on its own. Fry both until the sausage has some color. Add crushed tomatoes and cream and let it simmer for 5 mins. Add garlic, SO, salt and pepper. Also, you forgot to cook the rice. It'll take 20mins, you're fucked. It's OK, just keep the stroganoff warm and stir it every once in a while. Maybe add some mushroom soy if it is looking pale. Rinse, peel and grate the carrots while waiting. (I prefer finest setting on the grating iron). Serve stroganoff with rice and grated carrots. Drink milk! | ||
